Would never go back there to eat. My son worked there. He was extremely ill running a fever. Can hardly breathe. Very congested. They told him he had to come in and work anyways cooking or find someone to replace him. He couldn't find anybody replace him so he went because he liked his job. He was there for an hour and was so sick. He finally had to tell him he was just going to quit cuz he was so sick. He then waited to get his final paycheck went in to get it. They told him they wasn't going to give it to him until he brought back his work shirt, which is highly illegal in Arizona to withhold anybody's check cuz he didn't bring back their work t-shirt for a place to make someone come in and cook when they're that sick made me rethink if I'd ever go there and eat again. Highly think about going there to eat they treated my son extremely poor because he couldn't complete his work shift cuz he was so sick and they still wanted him to cook for customers This is extremely wrong for any business, especially a business that is having a sick person cook for people knowing he's sick and trying to make him stay there and continue to cook when he is that ill. He ended up going home for 3 days, staying in bed with what we believe to be covid and to withhold his paycheck and not give it to him. Shows you what type of establishment this is rethink before you go there to eat it may not be safe
Had an interesting conversation with Jake, the manager. He says still refusing to give my son his final paycheck over a t-shirt. I told him the same thing. Not sure where the t-shirt is. My son said feel free to charge for the T-shirt and give him his paycheck. The same thing that was told to the lady when he went in there. Feel free to charge me for T-Shirt and give me the check please. They're insisting on having a t-shirt back. Not sure where it's at now so I guess they're going to make my send pay his entire paycheck over a t-shirt. We have options. Spoke with the labor department and a claim was filed. They also gave us the option of filing in court for three times the amount of his check. This will be up to Noah to decide what to do. He just wanted his check for Christmas but Jake and the team at booty's have put an end to that. They screwed up as Christmas made him go to work. Very sick. Have treated him very poorly because he couldn't stay and work a shift when he was very sick. Actually Jake told me over the phone that they do it all the time. People come in and work sick. I told him that was nuts. Please give Noah his check. He'll pay you for the T-shirt. Still have not gotten the check and since I won't be going there and eating anymore I'm sure I won't get anything else either from their cooking when they have Cooks there...
Read moreI really wanted to give 5stars, the food was wonderful the atmosphere as I sit and waited on my food made me want to dine in. However when I called my order in I was told the payment didn’t go through. This was 7:38pm on a Tuesday, as I was on hold I check my account and it showed I was charged $45.74. I advised the person over the phone of this and was told they didn’t get it. So I advised I would come in and show them. After arriving I was told that the payment didn’t take because it was a duplicate payment. So I was then charged $45.73 at 8:03pm for a total of $90+. Both payments were pending until the following day a Wednesday they were no longer pending they showed posted. I attempted to call again to advise the payment no longer showed pending they were now posted and was told someone would call me it’s now Friday and no call. I’ve been super patient and at this point I’m disappointed in the lack of attention to my issues. I had no problem paying twice because your system made a mistake. Why must me as the customer take the loss and wait when it was clearly your payment system that cause the issue. Secondly why has no one showed a interest in helping me I haven’t been rude AT ALL nor did I cause any scenes I just want to be treated fairly and at this point I’m not.

Just got a call from Jack who explained my money has been refunded and he apologized for the inconvenience, I then advised Jack my family and I would be spending that same $45 refund with them soon. The first time I was here a man with a backwards ballcap served us. He was so incredibly rude. I left completely embarrassed by his remarks about my hair color. He questioned my Husbands masculinity bc of his choice for boneless wings. WHATT????? I decide I'm going to give it another try....Today, right now. Yes, I'm writing this from my booth. Where I have been for over an hour ... I ordered 10 wings and fries at 2:07 at 2:44 I finally got them (no it's not that busy) I tried 2 flavors. One.of the flavors was awesome!! The other wasn't good, so I didn't eat them. The server asked if I wanted a box, I explained I didn't like them, the flavor was wrong for me. So I didn't eat them. She still charged me!!!!! For something I didn't eat or like. !!!! I've been in this industry for 15 years. If one of my customers didn't eat something that they didn't like. We have always taken care of it. In between the rudeness,time it takes to get food and the poor customer service. I won't be back..... I'm not looking for free stuff. I'm looking for some professionalism.
