Disclaimer, I don't normally go to Jersey Mike's because they don't have a lot to offer a vegetarian. But we had a coupon, so we thought we'd give them a try.
I think all new restaurants tend to have some problems initially until they figure things out. I think that's the case here. It seemed like there were a lot of people standing around, as the line grew. The store was messy. They took my sandwich off the cutting board and put it on the dirty counter.
There was a problem with my coupon, which was my fault. It was buy one get one free. I ordered two large sandwiches, not realizing a large will make 4 meals! The coupon was for regular size. Oops. The cashier was nice and rang one of the larges as two regulars, which allowed her to give me one free. But I was in sticker shock when the two sandwiches and a cookie was $33! I asked to see the receipt because I thought she forgot the coupon. The receipt doesn't really show the subtraction, so it's confusing. She had to explain it to me. Anyway, I'm still in shock about how much I paid, but I do appreciate her giving me some money off.
From a vegetarian perspective, I don't think I'll go back. It's really just an overpriced...
Read moreNever had an issue with this location. Yeah it's a newer location and staff is still learning probably because this may be there first job. I guess people forgot there first job and how training was like for them. Not all subs are going to look like the commercials or pictures either. If you want to see what your sub looks like go in and watch it get made. Some people have bad days and are not always customer friendly. I usually always order buffalo chicken, the original Philly, tuna or club sub. Sometimes my subs are messy and I'm ok with that. It happens they are rushed. Every time we go in to either pick up our order or make our order the store is clean and the staff is welcoming. I used to go to subway but they started to mess up my order too much so I was so thankful for this location!! Love this location!! Thank you...
Read moreI have eaten at this location several times and they are great but the customer service was bad today. We ordered online hoping to save some time. They were busy when we arrived but we waited patiently. THEN everyone that was in line was gone and out of the four employees only one was asking the others about my order so we could get our food. They proceeded to say we go by time and you are still 25 minutes early. Seriously?? I am here in the store and you are just letting me sit. If I had walked up to the counter instead you would have to help me right?
