I come here because I like the drinks but today when I was ordering my drink the cashier didn’t wanted to make my drink just the way I like it. Just simple I asked her for less sweetener on my Thai Tea, but instead she refuses to. I asked my drink like that because I cannot have too much sugar. I ended up throwing it away. I went today July 16 to get a drink again here and I’ll say my Macha Green Tea Smoothie was really good, because I asked for less sugar and this time they didn’t denied.This time they did a VERY GOOD JOB.

Staff is super friendly Drinks were made well. This is a different kind of boba place. They have a large selection of flavors and items but willing to help you narrow it down. My boys stayed to their staple mocha with honey boba, Milk tea and coconut. The drink was very well made. No complaints. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

We came to Cafe Nieve after Knott's Berry farm and i have to say this is amazing. The choice of drinks were so many. Among all the drinks, I loved Chamango and Agua Fresca (Watermelon, Cucumber Lime and Strawberry milk flavor). I could totally tell that they use only fresh ingredients and the service was great. Staffs were super friendly!! I am now a big fan of Cafe Nieve and I will be a regular customer. They are located at North entrance, on the west of end of the mall by Buffalo Wild wings!
