Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Buena Park

So upset I'm a regular here and when I drive 15 minutes to the restaurant I know they are busy but really forgetting 2 kids meals and then giving the wrong sandwich and then not even given customer service to a high degree for their mistake that cost me a round trip of 30 minutes for this mistake I'm going to start looking into different restaurant. I usually come here 4 x's or more a week and I spend like $200 a week here. I'm writing this because it's not the first or second time not including eating inside. Customer service should always be number 1. Also I called to talk to someone be fore I left for my 30 minute round trip and no one answered I tried 6 times. When I was inside I wasn't greeted with nicest or given apologies for this inconvenience and it was a manger who greeted me. Just is something wrong! Yes I guess when busy costumer services doesn't apply. Oh and great the fries are oily and gross yeah! Best $53...

If I could give no stars I would. But unfortunately I have to pick one. I had a Mobile order and got there and let them know I was there for a mobile order. I was told by one person it will be ready shortly and I got back in the car and I seen multiple people come and get their orders so I get back out again and was greeted by another worker and told her the same thing and she said it will be out. So I sit back in the car for the 2nd time only to see more people come get their food so I get out again for the 3rd time and once again I told them my name and mind you, I hit I’m here on the app. So I finally get my food after being there for about 25 mins. And I told him I hope my food wasn’t just sitting and hope it’s fresh and he told me we don’t come to your car. Excuse me!! I only got out the car 3 times waiting on my food and about 10 to 15 people came up and got their food. I will NEVER go back to this...

if i could give 0 stars i would. i went inside and its like a storage facility inside. boxes everywhere. im about to go up to order and a woman approaches me saying i have to order outside (which mind you had no signs explicitly saying that). i then asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands as i came from the junkyard down the street, and was allowed to. as im coming out of the store i see an employee telling my boyfriend the bathrooms are not working. i then proceed to say i just came from the bathroom. the employee says they are closed and we are not allowed to use them. i said i was given permission and yet the employee still proceeded to refuse allowing my boyfriend into the bathroom. terrible customer service. i didnt even bother ordering which i was going to do so, but wanted to wash my hands beforehand to prevent the employee from touching my hands from the junkyard. do...
