I came here to order some food. Firstly, the food was extremely expensive, although this is an amusement park so you can't really say anything about that. However, I would expect that I would actually get some sort of food after I've paid and ordered.
After I've ordered my food, I was told to sit down at table 87. After I sat down and waited for a while, I noticed that the food I spent way to much on seemed to not be coming. I then went inside and asked them if they were preparing my food, and they said yes. It's been 20 minutes since I've ordered. Then, after 20 more minutes, I realized that the person who sat down at the adjacent table AFTER ME had already gotten their food and finished it and was cleaning up to leave.
I then proceeded BACK inside to inquire if my food was being prepared, since it's been 40 minutes since I've ordered. The staff was rude and started to ask me to give a different receipt, which I found and gave to them. They then said they would start preparing my food, which seems odd since they have just so happened to say that they were already preparing my food.
After another 20-ish minutes, my food STILL wasn't coming so I went back inside. They then told me to grab the receipt that I had already given to them, and continued to be rude and kept saying that I did not have an order, even though I had shown them TWO RECEIPTS and even GIVEN one to them. After I told them I had already given them my receipt, they continued to be deaf and not hear me, and CONTINUED to shout at me to give them my other receipt. Eventually, they just said, FOR THE THIRD TIME, that my food would be prepared and would be coming.
After an additional 10 minutes of not seeing ANY sign of my food being prepared, I went BACK in, and had the same difficulty with the rude and arrogant staff. Eventually, after requesting them to hurry up several more times, my food finally came out at 1:27. I had ordered at 12:53. It was over 90 minutes. For comparison, Ghost Rider, one of the busiest rides, had a 90 minute wait time. In the time I was waiting for my food, I could have gone on Ghost Rider.
Then, as I finally began to eat my food, I noticed that it was stone cold and serving was tiny. A $10 burger consisted of two stone cold buns, a tiny slice of a tomato, a small piece of lettuce, and a thin, tiny "patty". If you are going to Knotts, I URGE YOU to NOT go here. There is another place, Coasters Diner, a short walk away, which I've gone to before, and my experience there was great. I got my food very quickly, and it was of decent size, at least MUCH bigger that Johnny Rockets, and they also accept the Knotts dining plan.

Read moreThis was the WORST experience ever!!!! We had a group of 5. 2 kids, 3 adults on a Thursday (very minimal crowd) almost no one inside. It took over an hour for the food to come to our table. Once it arrived we were missing two meals and a side order. The waiter asked if we had everything and we replied no and listed what we were missing. Another 10 min later he brought one meal and one side. Still missing one persons whole meal. We reminded them about the missing hamburger. Another 15 min go by and STILL no hamburger!! By this time the whole table had almost finished their food. I got up to again ask where the meal was and once again told its coming. 5 min later I finally gave up and went to the front to ask for a refund.(for only the one hamburger.... not the entire $90 bill) She said yes of course just as the manager brought the hamburger out. I said i would still like a refund, because the whole table had finished by now and they would have to wait on me on. The manager said she would give me a refund (for only the missing hamburger) but she was taking the hamburger back!! Are you kidding?!?! I waited for almost 35 mins after the first meal was SET on the table and to get a refund she took the hamburger!!! I was so over waiting and i wasn't going to make my daughters wait any longer. All the manager said was wow thats a bummer and that shouldnt have happened. She actually asked me if i was just upset that the food didnt come out all together.....I didnt know how to even answer that! Uh duh of course...They didnt offer to make things right and only to give the refund for the one hamburger to take the food back?? They should have offered to refund the whole bill after all this!!! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!!!! Worst experience!! Never eat there! Stupidly high prices to only be treated like trash after we showed grace and kindness in waiting for as long as we could. Im just glad it was my meal and not one of my daughter's. I wouldn't have been as patient....
Read moreI am solely giving one star because of ONE individual. Yesterday, I was at the Johnny Rockets in Knott’s Berry Farm and I ordered my Route 66 double burger, onion rings and a Large Icee. The icee and soda dispensers were out of the kitchen on display as if anyone could attend to it. I finished my Icee thinking because of the price and the fact that the displays were out in the open that we’d at least get one refill. Nope. Not in the case of a certain employee. An African American woman named “Alyssa” wearing a navy blue jacket verbally out loud said “Excuse me but those are not refills!” I told her I got an Icee so she wouldn’t think I’m just filling up a water cup. Appropriate employees would at least let me have my Icee and remind me there are no refills or at least speak to me respectfully. Either way the Icee went to waste. Maybe if she let me keep it and was a tad bit respectful then this review would have never happened. However, She still continues to say that she’ll have to toss it or they will charge me double. I just handed it to her just so I can end the conversation and sit down to stop people from looking. Honestly I understand people doing their job but the attitude and volume of her voice completely embarrassed me in front of so many. I wasn’t even able to enjoy an ounce of my food after. I am 31 years old. Nobody has spoken to me in that tone or attitude not even my mother when I was a kid. Her behavior was unacceptable. Another waitress basically was sweet and apologized saying they’re no refills in the proper way. However, Alyssa has zero manners and just to avoid seeing her again....not only will I not come back to any Johnny Rockets ever again but that was my first and last time at...
