Coasters Diner — Restaurant in Buena Park

food was great but service was horrible. after we finished eating we left the diner but before fully walking away we realized we had left our card in the restaurant. we immediately went to go get it and luckily someone turned it in. When asking for it our card we were rudely denied of it. Oliver the manager, said without actual proof like a receipt or picture of the card we would not be able to get it back, which is reasonable until we showed picture proof of when we were at the diner, and we were the only people asking for the card. at some point we got so desperate for it we dug through the trash through the receipts to find ours which they had thrown away. we waited for an hour, wasting our time before a kind pink haired lady approached us and said she could see our efforts and went back to ask oliver to give us our card back. luckily we finally got it back after an hour and a half. worst thing was, the woman with the pink hair is the only person who apologized to us, if i were oliver i would’ve at least gone out to say sorry for the wait, but they all stayed in the back, hiding from their mistakes. worst...

I've never really liked this place but for some reason, my girlfriend had always kind of gravitated to it. Now I know she won't be :) This last time we went, the very first thing we encountered was a very rude employee (Curt) taking our order. He seemed annoyed off the bat and didn't even ask if we have a season pass (which we do) and I was so upset that I forgot to give it to him. Then we got cold fries so my girlfriend took them back and in return we got terrible rock solid fries. They were yellowish to burnt brown. The employees were playing basketball with trash and the manager was on his cellphone. I'm so happy to know my girlfriend and I won't be eating there again. I highly recommend the much better Johnny rockets inside of knotts berry farm ! They have better food and the employees are always so happy...

As there are many restaurants at Knott's Berry Farm this is one of the best for hamburgers french fries or onion rings. As you walk in the door you come to the machine to place your order. First if you are a season pass holder or a day food pass you stand that information. After you make your choices you can pay any charges for extras or if you're not a passholder you can charge it on your credit card they do take cash but you have to pay at the counter. They also have the drink plan where you go to the counter scan and self serve your drinks. Going back to the food you have a choice to put on your own toppings. There's seating inside and also outside. Lastly the staff is very friendly and they're willing to assist you when needed. The restaurant is...
