My wife and I have eaten here a handful of times and the customer service was to be expected. Not bad not good. Which is fine but the last time my wife tried to order food over the phone she was directed to use the app. Then we she tried to use the app she couldn't put our order in. I highly suspect because we were ordering around 8:15m. 45 minutes to closing time the app was turned off the employees didnt want to do any work. I then called multiple times and the first time it immediately hung up suggesting an employee was hitting the disconnect button. All the other times it rang for an extrnding time after pressing option 2 and then hung up. I live 5 minutes away and I drove up there while calling. It hung up multiple times. So I went in the store and called again. It rings and I see a 2 black female lounging. One over a chair on what looked like the storr phone. There was one oriental worker actually working, sweeping and wiping tables. The one hispanic guy standing around the front where you order was just standing until I approached him. I asked him who the manager was to which he exclaimed I am. I explained about my wife calling and being directed to use the app which wasn't working. He didn't have anything to say. I then asked him if he was the owner if he would like his employees shooing away customers. Again no response. So then I asked why no one would pick up the phone because I called 6 times. He said they were probably busy to I responded that isn't true. I have been calling for 10 minutes. I even called when I walked in the door so that wasn't true. I then asked who owns this franchise and he said I'm new here. If this guy is the manager he should be fired. Employees standing around except the one girl working even though they are being paid. They would all be fired if I owned the place. For whoever is thr owner or reads this post. Ask your employees why they are stealing company time. I will never come to this establishment to eat as long as those people...
Read moreI go to Moe’s across the country because I travel for work. Do yourself a favor and SKIP THIS LOCATION!! I stopped here on the way from the airport to my hotel.. the girl barely greeted me- clearly she could careless, I always get a moe meat, mo echeese and slightly customize with lettuce and corn.. They always ask how I’d like it this lady just looked down and started building… so when I asked if I could change a bit like the other locations she said no- we have to serve as is ended up have to pay 20 bucks for my bowl just so I could cut the rice and beans Half and add corn and lettuce. Then after I paid and was getting salsa at the dirty sauce bar the girl was rudely and loudly complaining about me. Not the Moe’s vibe I’ve had at every other Moe’s in the country. Moe’s is known for being accommodating. I just paid 26 bucks for ride service a steak bowl and guac… so irritated about how I was treated I forgot to order a drink. Do disappointed in this location. Read morePassed through the area on a road trip, saw the sign for Moe's on the highway. Stopping at Moe's locations since the pandemic has been hit or miss primarily due to staffing challenges.
This location knocked it out of the park.
Fast, friendly and efficient service. Gentleman behind the counter built my stack quickly and neatly. A second employee rung me out and by the time I was done at the register, my stack was ready.
This may sound like nothing special, but with a sign on the door indicating they were short staffed, and a dining room full of people eating their lunches, it was clear this location is on top of their game.
While writing this, they just cleared a rush of 8-10 people who all walked in at the same time. I've been to other Moe's where that would have been a 20 minutes wait. Not here. Not today. Great job!
