Burger King — Restaurant in Burnsville

My husband and I have been going to this place for months and we usually go around night time (between 8-11pm).

Almost every time we are given an attitude. This has happened at least 3 times now.

Apparently it's an inconvenience for the workers to make an impossible vs. the normal burger.

After we placed our order we headed to the drive through window to pay and the first thing the cashier said after taking our card was, "you sure love your impossible burgers."

My husband responded "yeah, my wife is a vegetarian. It's not a hassle is it?"

And the cashier responded, "yeah. It is."

My husband looked annoyed and replied, "oh well" so the guy responded "you asked. I answered." I felt very uncomfortable with his energy.

Like excuse me, I'm not asking you for a favor. Just do your job without snarky and sarcastic comments or keep them to yourself.

Never have I felt shamed for ordering food that a company advertises and food that is on the menu. I expect workers to do their jobs, not make customers feel some type of way for their food choices. I am appalled.

For once I was actually happy a fast food place offered options for people like me.

I will not be returning to this BK ever. Their staff is awful and bring their baggage to work. Like.. I understand times are hard, but I also expect people to do their jobs. Total ick energy.

Went there today and had the worst experience ever! I normally go in the morning and have never had a problem. Half my order was missing. I specifically asked for my fries fresh and they were soggy ! I went to get the rest of my order still was missing a cheeseburger !!! & when i asked for my fries to be fresh i had to wait nearly 15 minutes without any type of compassion shown even had to wait while i watched people and cars who came after me get their fries fresh first!! Instead i was given a girl's back the entire time, not even a coupon was offered for the 30 minutes it took for me to get my order. And when the person in charge ( peter) asked what i was waiting for the girl told him a large, small and value fries fresh. He told her to give me all large for the long wait and she ignored him and rudely handed me the fries. I have worked at 2 different burger king in the area, both as crew and manager and never have i had such a terrible experience. Not to mention that the girl didn't show...

This is just an awful Burger King staff that does not care about their jobs including some managers. I was once in the store and witnessed an employee smoking an electronic cigarette while they were making food when I called in the person that claimed to be the manager said it was ok because it was an electronic cigarette until I sent the complaint further up ( can anyone really trust this person to wash their hands after they go to the bathroom) . And the last time I went in I went inside we ordered 2 whoppers both special orders and both were wrong when I called to let them know it was wrong ( to go order) and they said I could come back or call another manger when they were back in a few days. The store itself needs a full remodel. I really wish this store was an option as there is few other quick options in the area but unless the entire staff is let go and a new Manager comes in with and Iron Fist this place just...
