Fantastic gym for anyone. Jared is an amazing trainer that really cares about his clients and is extremely knowledgeable. He can adapt for a variety of injuries but also gets results. I don’t particularly enjoy working out but I know it is good for me, and Jared actually made it fun.

I am not a power lifter, but I really enjoyed the gym ambiance and people. The people were friendly and overall it had a very positive vibe. Both gym and training rates are reasonable. BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST GYMS OUT HERE IN MINNEAPOLIS!! The owner was soo sweet to my husband and I we were just passing through town and he showed us around and welcomed us as if we knew eachother since forever! Definitely going back there again!! If you love lifting weights and powerlifting this is the gym for you! The equipment is amazing I finally got to try out a hack squat that I've been wanting to try for years know ! Over all I had an amazing experience so definitely give it a try it's a 5 star...
