EDIT AGAIN: Why is this Arby's so problematic? I place an order through the app. My husband ordered the Wagyu Beef burger. It's a fairly expensive sandwich, roughly $8 with tax, and that's with sandwich only, no sides or drink.
We get to the store and the manager tells us that they're out of wagyu beef and we can replace it with any sandwich. Then they walked away and never came back to talk to us. No other employees checked on us. We had to flag someone down and they said they had to speak to the manager.
My husband told them he wanted a chicken sandwich. They gave him the sandwich. But no offer to give us fries or anything to equal the amount we paid. Last time I checked, the burger he paid for was $8, but the sandwich he received was only $5. How is it okay to pay $8 for a $5 sandwich? This is the 3rd strike so if corporate doesn't do something to make this right, I'm done with this location.
EDIT: Finally got my money back after about 4-5 days. I raised my rating from 1 star to 4 because their food is good, their app offers great deals, and SOME of the staff members are friendly and helpful. I'm still going to leave my previous review below just to caution others about what happened.
I had a very bad experience at this Arby's location. My husband and I placed and paid for an order through the app. We did the 2 for $7 with a roast beef sandwich for my husband and mozzarella sticks for me.
We get to the store and are told they're out of mozzarella sticks. My husband asks them if they can just replace the mozzarella sticks with something else. The employee at the counter said they could only replace the mozzarella sticks with jalapeño poppers. I don't like jalapeño poppers at all, so this wouldn't work.
Since they would not replace the item with anything except jalapeño poppers, we asked if we could just refund the whole order since we would now need to go somewhere else.
The employee said we can't refund that you'll have to do that on the app, have a good day bye. So I looked on the app for a way to cancel/refund the order. There was no option to do that. I had to call customer service and have it refunded. I was then told that the district manager would have to decide whether or not I get my money back and then they would issue the refund.
I don't see any sign of my money being refunded yet, and it could take a few days. This is unacceptable. I left with no food, didn't have my money back, and the employees and managers in the store weren't very willing to help.
This is absolutely unacceptable. As someone who has worked in restaurants and customer service for a very long time, they should have just replaced the mozzarella sticks. As the customer, it is not my fault that your restaurant is out of stock, but that's almost how I was made to feel.
Your company gives great deals that are only available through the app, I assume to encourage customers to use it. But with no straightforward way to cancel or refund orders, or to know if what I'm ordering is even available, I'm not sure I want to use the app ever again.
I'm probably coming across as a total Karen, but I'm actually one of the most understanding customers ever. But this was not a good experience at all, I get that the staff doesn't have control over the app but they definitely could have done...
Read moreI came through the other day and haven’t had cabot arby’s in a while… and honestly it’s because i haven’t had good experiences in the past…. however my co workers were wanting some arby’s and i went to go pick up the food through doordash. I dealt with the best employee! I want to give her a shout out and some appreciation. As the assistant manager of Papa Johns, I think she is manger worthy!!! She’s young, i think she has reddish hair, pale skin and very light freckles. Ad i was double checking my order , she says “i made it myself after my other workers made it wrong the first time.” AND THAT RIGHT THERE IS MANAGER WORTHY!! she was super thoughtful with her customers and it’s rare to find. i hope you give this girl a promotion or raise or something cause she’s going places either way! i’ve dealt with customer service for a while and it’s rare to find someone who’s willing to learn everything in a job. it’s clear she was just a drive through worker, but can still do the other people jobs better! it’s rare to find someone that cares about the food they serve. and it’s rare to find someone with such energy to DEAL with the restaurant business. Give this girl some appreciation at least please and thank you! -Your local Papa Johns...
Read moreI ordered 4 Beef n' Cheddar sandwiches that night. Each one was thick with fresh slices of roasted beef, and a good ladle of the good cheddar cheese that sets it apart from a cheeseburger or a plain roast beef sandwich. I was very pleased with how full of meat, cheesy, and tasty onions on the large soft bun. The curly fries, spicy and so hot were cooled by a dollop of cool ketchup. They added just the amount of spices to add to the flavor of the wonderful flavor of roast beef and Cheddar cheese! I recommend the Cabot Arby's very highly to any one looking for a change from burgers, but still want beef. P.S.: Summer is here in Arkansas! And my other favorite sandwich at Arby's is back in season!! It's the time for Arby's Chicken Salad Sandwich!!👍🏻🥪🥤😋. These sandwiches are so full of delicious flavors of the summer, crispy, sweet, nutty flavor of pecans, huge chunks of white chicken breast, celery! It's a wonderful summer sandwich for one or even two diners. Enjoy one tomorrow--...
