My friend was babysitting my daughter, she took her child and mine to this establishment to eat and play. They order their food and sit down in the play place. The food took longer than it should so the kids continued to play for about 10 minutes until their number was finally called to retrieve their food from the counter. My friend goes retrieves the food and goes back to the table in the play place and sits down, she places everyone’s food in front of them and they start to eat. At that point they are approached by an employee saying he has to close the play place to clean and asked them to move when she got the chance. Granted this employee saw my friend sitting down and they had 10+ minutes to ask her to find other seating! At this point the children are already eating so she lets them continue eating their meal and the man mops the entrance to the play place. My friend is very pregnant and also respectable 1. She don’t want to load up the food she just divided out and risk walking across wet floor and slipping and hurting herself or the baby 2. She didn’t want to disrespect this employee and walk on his freshly clean floor. So, they continue eating along with about 4 other families in the play place. They are then approached by the “manager” and were told they needed to get their food right that very second and go find other seating. Expecting my pregnant friend to load up her food and 2 children’s food and walk across a wet floor. My friend politely declined and said when we are finished eating we will leave. It then escalated to the point where the police were threatened to be called bc my friend was asking why they had to move and why wasn’t their a sign posted stating the play place closes at a specific time! My child doesn’t even get to finish her meal because who would want to sit back down in an establishment where a manager was rude and disgruntled over something that could have waiting 15 more minutes. I call and speak with this manager to get the General Managers info, which can not be given out and was told to call back tomorrow. The owner of the franchised establishment was there but he is too good to take phone calls like he is President Trump. I will no longer give this establishment my business and I would urge you...
Read moreIf I do a review it’s because I’ve had a terrible experience. I went through the drive thru this morning and the lady who took my order was so rude. She’s working the window every morning I go and majority of the time it’s hard to understand her because she talks so fast as if she does not want to be there. This morning I ordered and came to her window to pay, she gave me my card back saying “it’s declined” confusing to me bc clearly I would not order if I did not think I had the funds to pay. I did not want to hold the line up trying to figure it out so I apologized and told her I would drive back around when I figured it out. She slammed the window and got on the headset and said “cancel the last order”. She did not say anything to me. I found out I accidentally pick up my teenage daughter’s card and I simply could’ve zelled the money over to her card but she was so rude that I will not return. I could only imagine if it was someone who did not have the funds and was embarrassed. Her rudeness could really hurt someone who is less fortunate because I’ve worked in fast food before and know that sometimes people’s cards decline and sometimes it’s embarrassing. The correct thing would have been to say “no problem, we’ll get you taken care of when you pull back around”. They need to take her off the window bc she’s always rude and I’m a loyal...

Only 2 people working counter, 1 manager, 1 girl ready to end her shift, drive thru extremely busy, they needed at least 2 more people working front counter. Manager did not hear me order fries, so we waited a while to re-order, then waited a very long while to get the 1 order of fries. We were there for 25 minutes with only 2 other inside customers who came in after us. Girl working told manager she was about to leave after current customer due to end of shift, & told him that I only needed fries instead of getting them herself & proceeded to help other customer, she walked past us many times but did not bother to get my fries. 2 customers inside & many at drive through were waited on before I got my fries, other food was cold before we left. A restaurant that's open 24 hrs should have plenty of staff at busy times. Girl at counter did not know how to prioritize. We also asked for apple pie, manager said there were none made, but did not ask us if we wanted to wait - probably did not want to make since it was late at night, but they were very busy, and if he wouldve put the pies in fryer when we first ordered, they would've been done after our wait on fries. The only reason why I waited on fries was because I had waited so long to re- order them, at cost of 2.56 and was very hungry. New style soda / ice...
