I love in-N-Out Burger! I have been to numerous franchises, both in and out of state. I never was disappointed, and today's visit was no exception! Fresh, clean appearance, both In-N-Out 😉. Around 2 o'clock, Saturday afternoon, we had about 8 customers in front of us and the drive up was filled. I expected a long waiting time. The costumers in front of us were served very quickly, and we ordered our food. We ordered 2 meals dine in and 3 to go! In a short time we got our orders, went got our drinks, sat down and ate! Burgers and fries were delicious as usual! According to my time line 22 minutes elapsed from parking to backing out of parking space! I consider this excellent! My burger was exactly the way I like it, and fries were delicious. One thing is a somewhat limited offering of drinks! I would like to deduct half a star...since this only a minor point, I still gave 5 stars!
My third visit in a little over a week! Major disappointment today! Lunch time! Lots of people! Drive-In backed up onto street! People ahead of us inside! The people waiting for their order placed ahead of us! Ordered 2 double doubles and fries animal style. The Lady specifically asked: "For the burgers and fries? For here? Something to drink?" "Yes please!" Paid, got the cups got our cups and sat on a waiting bench. surprisingly short waiting time! Got our food, found an empty table (!) Where I noticed only plain fries! Went to counter where we were told that we didn't order the fries animal style! Major Bummer! Did not argue the point, sat down and ate. Finished with meal I went to the men's rest room to wash my hands. Total mess! Water all over the floor (slipping hazard!) Crumbled paper towels strewn everywhere, and the trash can was located in one of the stalls. Few patrons ahead of washed their hands and, like me, couldn't get neither one of 2 paper towels dispensers to work. Followed wet foot tracks back out of restroom to the restaurant..... Very disappointed today. My second visit was similarly disappointing, the restroom was in similar disarray, alas, with working paper towels dispensers. It bothered me, but not enough to append my review, but I...
Read moreI absolutely love the food and the service here. The wait is normally long (no surprise) but I think it is personally worth the wait. I have frequented here multiple times over the past couple of years and they have never failed to disappoint, a little surprising for me since I'm used to many fast food places messing up at least once. Their food has always been made to perfection, succulent and filling for the cheap prices without ever making me want to vomit from any greasiness. The menu is basic, classic and as expected (their burgers remind me of Krabby Patties), but the food is definitely fantastic regardless. Everything tastes fresh, and the staff is wonderful, no matter what time of day you visit or which employee is serving you. I have been inside and constantly through the drive thru and they always make sure to greet you and ask thorough questions (onions or no onions? In the car or to go? Any drinks or anything else?). If it's too busy for their drive thru, they normally have an employee taking your orders before you reach the drive thru speaker, to speed up the process. I tend to order the double double, the cheeseburger, animal fries (secret menu item), and/or a shake. The burgers are juicy and the vegetables taste fresh, and although the fries may taste plain to some, I've grown to like them because they actually taste like potatoes (when I first tried them when I ate unhealthily, they weren't salty enough for me). I love the caramelized onions and the sauce for the animal style fries (they offer to take out the onions if you don't like them). The shakes are a bit sweet, especially the strawberry, so I tend to order the vanilla instead. Overall, the experience here is overwhelmingly satisfying with the only issue being the wait. If you're hungry and impatient, you should probably not visit here because I would hate for these sweet employees to deal with grouchy customers and their...
Read moreAll I did was order a #1. It took forever to get my order. Look I've worked fast food jobs. I know customers can be a real pain in the............ The thing is I was NOT being pushy or unreasonable. All I did was just stand at the counter and patiently wait. The young lady at the counter kept saying "we're waiting for your fries". Funny thing was everyone else was getting their fries I saw them pull up two batches. Now I know the drive through window is priority but there's supposed to be a set time for dine in customs too. I was watching the drive through window and only saw three cars. I was one of only three customers inside. This place was NOT busy; and to keep getting told "we're still waiting on your fries" when I see that everyone else getting theirs. Now the worst part, a customer who came in AFTER ME got his fries!!? When she walked up to me and told me for a 3rd time that they were "still waiting for my fries" !!! Then she saw me looking at the other customer. She knew I caught her lying then changed the story to " let me go check on your fries". I was done, I still wasn't rude but I was done. Don't know what was happening back there to cause all this but why did she feel it necessary to keep me hanging like that and lie to me three times? Must be one of the worst fast food crews I've ever seen. I'm never going back to there and I'm going to tell all my friends about this too. I reiterate, I did nothing wrong to deserve...
