Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cambridge

There was a women that worked there very old Spanish with glasses , I asked for a watermelon raspberry lemonade refresher & she stated that there wasn’t any raspberry Left , so I asked for it with just watermelon & lemonade! Then she yelled & said “We only have strawberriess “ mind you her English wasn’t very good! But I politely asked her if she could not yell & be rude & then she proceeded to yell louder & say you can talk with my manager! When all I asked for was her to lower her tone . Before even taking my order I was standing at the cash register for well over 10 mins while I just watched them walk back & fourth doing absolutely “NOTHING “ the tables are dirty bathroom disgusting ! This is the worst duckin donuts I have ever been too especially with it being in a fairly nice area I definitely expected better service as well as...

I know it seems a little bit out of character to write a “5 star” review for a chain (I feel like everybody just comes on here review sites to complain tbh), but I had to acknowledge the young gentleman and nice woman working the counter today. Super friendly and very helpful. I wish more restaurant chains would step up their service like these people did. It doesn’t take much to just have a positive attitude, but we all have things going on in life so I don’t take it personally regardless.

Obviously the croissant stuffer wasn’t perfect (This seems to be an issue at almost everywhere that I’ve been to, because it’s never warmed fully in the middle), but I don’t fault them. I never expect Dunkin’ food to “wow” me (please bring more slider though, those are sooooo good) The coffee is always done right and that’s all...

Every Wednesday I stop and get six donuts. I do not expect to get remembered in a high traffic area such as this but I do expect that when an order is incorrect they do everything in their power to make it right. Charging me an incorrect amount and then just handsng me another donut is not ok. At this point I expressed that i wanted a refund. No discussion on how and no interaction to solve the issue, just handed me a random donut.

After some back and forth they charged me for an additional donut. Some how I got charged for 8 donuts when I should have only six.

The problem was not resolved correctly and I left. It's not worth the effort to get the correct refund.
