Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Camden

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Went to use the coupon the lady behind the counter as is the other lady behind the counter can she use the coupon on a separate transaction the lady said yes so I'm talking to the lady that's at the register apparently the other woman is saying something else to her which is that the coupon will not work on a sale item but the lady behind the register decided not to re-say what she said loud enough that I could hear it so she does the transaction and I don't get to use the Annie's coupon so then she looks at me and just like who cares she didn't care just so rude rude and disrespectful to people let alone she looked horrible hair half died just unpresentable her family was hanging all over the counter before I could even get up there to get my order she's trying to hear money and cards and tell them what to get before she could even take my order it was so just unprofessional if this is how they run their business they shouldn't have any business at all it was the worst customer service the worst place ever and I plan on calling the corporate office and I hope the little girl loses her job..... I just called the corporate office and told them exactly what happened and they didn't seem like they're gonna be much help but that's OK cause I plan on calling her manager the boss whoever else I need to call just so they know I hope they read this and let them know I hope the girl loses her job I cannot stress this enough it was the rudest experience...

They're service was just as bad as their pretzels. The young lady was rude, staff horseplaying in the background. Once I'm done, I literally had to reach behind the counter to get the stuff I brought. Like are you kidding me? Also, where was the red fork for my nuggets. This is just unbelievelable service that was the poorest that I've ever received. Not to mention that pretzels...

Flies everywhere, why isn't the cinnamon pretzel made with cinnamon in the dough? Why so much sugar?? White sugar at that not healthy. There's NO whole wheat pretzel of any kind. Is this entity thinking about the health of Americans?? No separation with the utensil either; the same one used to scoop up the pork is the same one used to grab a plan...
