We visited this location yesterday for the first time and here is my full review: Brand: This is a wellknown brand overseas, it might be new to the US market, however its a famous chain in the middleeast with tens of locations in counteies like UAE, OMAN, IRAQ etc. Food: We ordered their pistachio drink, cheesecake and other drinks & Cakes and they were are good. I personally liked their pistachio drink and cakes, so i give them 5/5. Price: Their prices are higher than other local coffe shops such as Qahwa House, which has location across from this location and even other famous coffee chains like Starbucks. I understand that they cater different test experience here however, even their drinks quanity are smallers than other competitor, so i give them 3/5. Parking: You should have no problem finding parkin spots at this location, so i give them 5/5. Space: This location is too small and during their peak hours, its nearly impossible to find a place to set, so I give them 3/5. Customer Service: My brother placed our order and according to him the front cashier male seems less friendly and lacks effective customer service skills. Although I didnt deal with him but I didnt notice him smiling for us during our visit, or even welcoming us uppon arrival which is uncommon for any new shops/business so I would give them here 3/5. cleanliness: Its a newly opened location so it was clean and well-maintained, so i give them 5/5.
