Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Canton Township

I order JJ at least twice to three times a week, being that I work for a bust surgery center, I was starving yesterday and knew that JJ would be the perfect lunch for our busy schedule, so I got on my phone and ordered up (I order the same thing every time) hit the purchase button and figured Id have lunch in about 20-25mins. WRONG!!!! See picture below, freaky fast was almost an hour long. No apology was left with my delivery which I would have been okay with, we all get busy and have staffing issues if that was the case, but there was no customer service here. I called to have my food delivered. It took forever. It had been over 45 minutes. I had to call the restaurant and ask what was going on. I had to ask them where my food was. They said they were short a worker. You should have extra help on the weekend. After waiting for forever, the delivery driver called me saying he couldn't find my address. Ummm I gave you the address now find the matching numbers on the apartment building. Just that simple. When I finally got my sub, the taste was just average. I want to recognize this restaurant for excellence in service. The crew is friendlier than family to me. I feel valued and respected as a customer and person at this restaurant. The first few times I suspected they might be disingenuous because they were just so friendly. My subsequent visits have verified that in fact they are sincere in their kindness.
