Recently, my wife and I decided to dine out at Olga's Kitchen in Canton. The once uniquely mall-oriented chain has adopted a contemporary decorum for this location, combining the restaurant's casual, comfortable ambiance with a modern, chic twist. Their menu boasted a concoction of exciting dishes such as Greek Steak, Greek Chicken Fajitas, and Detroit Wings, something Olga's fans would definitely find enticing. Intrigued, but we craved familiarity, and settled for a basket of Snackers with Swiss Almond cheese, Cream of Broccoli Soup, and Mediterranean Chicken Olga at my end. My wife chose to pair her snackers and soup with a Felafel Olga. As expected, the Snackers were superb, and the soup— the reason we frequent Olga's—didn't disappoint. It reminded us why the previous versions of this establishment were a comforting piece of our dining-out roster. However, venture beyond these appetizers into the main course, and the experience started to lose its charm. My Mediterranean Chicken Olga, despite its appealing presentation, was an endeavour in blandness. The chicken lacked any discernible seasoning—neither the warmth of basil nor the punch of garlic, and not even the bare essentials of salt and pepper. The pickles had to carry the burden of offering sustained flavor to the sandwich, which they did, bravely. Similarly, my wife's Falafel Olga was dry and nearly devoid of any tantalizing flavors. Ironically, arabic spices' symphony, which should have been a prominent polyphony in the Falafel Olga, was instead a single tone of flatness. What also fell flat was the service. Our waitress didn't manifest that classic hospitality we associate with Olga's. Not to mention, her attention was irregular at best. This was one ‘unexpected’ we could certainly do without. To wrap up, Olga's Canton, may wear a new coat of paint (literally), they can certainly polish their mains and service quality. Until then, we will hold on to our nostalgia with Olga's and hope that our next visit features a more melodious tune. Nonetheless, we'll certainly be back for the soup and the snackers. You can bet on that!

Calling all foodies and flavor seekers! Olga's Kitchen is a taste bud extravaganza, and let me tell you, it's a culinary adventure worth taking! From the first bite to the last morsel, our taste buds threw a party in our mouths! Now, let's talk about our server, Sydney, the ultimate foodie magician! With her lightning-fast service and hilarious jokes, she turned our dining experience into a stand-up comedy show! Who knew you could laugh so hard while enjoying delicious food? The menu had us like kids in a candy store, only the candies were mouthwatering wraps, crave-worthy salads, and scrumptious sides! Each dish was a flavor symphony - it's like they had a band of flavor wizards in the kitchen, specifically Jason Alexander Buford whipping it up back there adding his special touch to each and every sandwich. Olga's Kitchen truly knows the secret to serving up gastronomic wonders, and with Sydney at the helm, it was a ride to remember. If you're looking for a meal that's delicious and served with a side of laughter, don't think twice – Olga's Kitchen is the place to be! Five stars and a round of applause for this fantastic restaurant and their superstar server, Sydney!

Absolute RIP OFF!! This place is basically stealing from you. This place is an absolute rip off. They are currently advertising a make at home variety of food options and the "make at home" snacker basket is advertised for $18. I asked the hostess and server what's included, how do you make it and no one knew anything. When I tried to order at the host stand she kept telling me that it's cheaper to just do the already made basket. I told her this was for later and I'd rather have it fresh even if I had to make it myself and it was $18 advertised as "feeds 6-8" so my expectation is that it would have had more snackers since I was making them myself. Nope. You literally got the same amount of snackers in a regular basket not cooked with day old cut up bread pieces that amounted to MAYBE 2 pieces of bread. This is crazy. This THREE TIMES the prices for the same food. Clearly your staff knew it was a rip off and chose not to say anything.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Olga's, and I must say, the experience wouldn't have been as delightful without the outstanding service provided by Bella. From the moment I walked in, she exuded a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel welcome.

Bella's personality shines through her interactions with every customer. She is incredibly nice and genuinely interested in ensuring that each guest has a memorable time at the restaurant. Her outgoing nature makes it easy to strike up a conversation, and she effortlessly creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

What impressed me the most was her efficiency and quickness in attending to the needs of the patrons. Despite the restaurant being bustling with activity, Bella managed to handle each task with finesse and a smile on her face. She seemed to have an innate ability to anticipate what the customers needed before they even asked, which made the dining experience seamless and pleasurable.

Her dedication to providing top-notch service was evident throughout my visit. Bella remained attentive without being intrusive, allowing me to enjoy my meal while still making sure I had everything I required. Her recommendations were spot-on, further enhancing my dining experience.

Bella's proficiency in her role is commendable, and it's evident that she takes pride in her work. I was amazed at how she effortlessly juggled multiple tables, never compromising the quality of service. She made every guest feel special and valued, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she interacted with.

In conclusion, Bella at Olga's is a true gem! Her nice, friendly, and outgoing personality, combined with her exceptional skills and quickness, create an unparalleled dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Olga's and asking for Bella – you won't be disappointed!

Thank you, Bella, for making my time at Olga's truly memorable. You're a credit to the restaurant, and I can't wait to return for another...

Ive been to different locations and never had such slow service. The hostess seated me and my guest at a dirty table after we had to wait to watch her clean a different one. The table was we got seated at was covered in crumbs, had a puddle of water on it and the table wobbled terribly.

Every time the waitress came to the table she was gone very quickly before we could even ask for refills or anything else. This would have made sense if they were short staffed, but we saw a good number of employees walking around, but not much being taken care of. The tables surrounding us were left unbussed for a long time. This couldve been a shift change thing, but it was odd that someone would come and grab one or two things off dirty tables at a time.

I had to wait a long time for a water, and we got the endless soup/salad/snackers, but at every other location Ive been to, they bring those three items at the same time for the first round. We were brought only our salads, which I thought used to include tomatoes but was mostly just a bowl of lettuce with onions and one shredded up olive. Then we had to wait much longer for our snackers and our soup came last. We weren't given knives in the silverware rolls and had to ask for them.

The food was of typical quality I expect of Olgas but the service was slow and our table itself was not great. The food wasnt hot, it was warm but warm like it had been sitting for a while, especially my mac and cheese...
