Qahwah House Coffee - Canton — Restaurant in Canton Township

To the owners and operators of the Canton location: last night was my final visit, and it was long overdue. I used to be a loyal customer at the Dearborn location, so when you opened in Canton, I was excited to have a closer option. Unfortunately, this location has consistently fallen short—especially in service and quality.

I always order Adani tea, and time after time, the quality here has been noticeably worse than in Dearborn. But what’s even more frustrating is the terrible service. Last night, with only two families already seated and just one customer ahead of me, it still took more than 20 minutes to get a simple tea. This isn’t an isolated incident—service here has always been painfully slow.

The worst part? I always leave a tip for my takeout orders, hoping it would encourage better service, but it never made a difference. I kept giving this location chances, expecting improvement, but it never came. And I’m not alone—friends of mine have also shared similar complaints about the poor service and declining quality.

There’s nothing special about the tea that justifies this kind of experience, and with plenty of alternatives in the area, I see no reason to keep coming back. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and make real changes, but as for me, I’m done with...
