Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Cape Coral

It's been a while, and I remember enjoying the pizza. I went in, and a younger blonde girl took my order as soon as I paid, and they noticed that no tip was included. She got a look on her face like I did her wrong. It was carry out and forty to fifty dollars on pizza, and other than not feeling obligated, I simply don't have the extra money to tip everybody for everything. She politely said that my pizza would be ready in about ten minutes. I went to the grocery store and came back and then waited another ten minutes or so. The one gentleman was tossing around boxes, like he was mad.Took an order then glanced at me and put it in the warning oven. I then went to the counter to see how much longer, and they went out of their way to ignore me. My toddler started throwing a fit, and they started smirking at each other. Finally, I interrupted them and asked how much longer the girl acted as she didn't even realize I was there, walked over to the oven, and handed it to me. I don't know if it was vindictive over the tip or just poor service. But it will be a while...

Our go to for deep dish pizza. Pizza Hut not up to par as in the past. Jet's is not skimpy on their ingredients. Always fresh and hot. Almost always have coupons available. Online ordering convenient and ready to go when you get there. Expect little delay during holidays. Never disappointed.

UPDATE: 9/9/22: ordered takeout from our favorite pizza joint tonight...VERY disappointed! We've always been very pleased at how much topping is piled on their pizza vs. their competitors and this time, toppings were very scantily placed! Hardly any cheese, pineapple, and green peppers compared to how it's been in the past. I understand everyone has been hurting financially over the past 2 years, but we're paying $22 for a large when it was $15 before. So, now we're paying more and getting less!!!! This is NOT the way to draw customers...see...

I have called this place for delivery on three separate occasions after getting off of work and am always told that delivery service has stopped an hour before they close... at 10pm. What kind of pizza joint starts closing down at 9pm, let alone closes at 10pm, when the competition all stays open for a big hungry city till at least midnight. Some of us work long hours and crave some Jet's pizza when we are heading home. Would be nice if they would at least deliver after 9pm to customers who can't stop to enjoy their pizza during the day. Hell... even Dominos and pizza Hut take deliveries up until closing. I have ordered just before closing from both of those businesses and always got my pie... no excuses. Pick up the ball Jet's! Its rolling right by you. $$$$ lost for every customer...
