Nemo's Sports Cafe — Restaurant in Cape Coral

So you would rather lose regular customers then allow my 16 yr old sit and eat with me and her dad Bc there are no seats anywhere Due to (Trivia NIGHT ) A ton of ppl not spending money And your bar Mgr was very rude to my husband we both are regulars but we obviously can and will find other establishments to be regulars at said he spoke to you and absolutely not but yet no server wrote down our dinner order for them to input Bc we’re not allowed at bar to be served so not only losing alcohol sales but also regular customers We tried supporting you guys during this horrible “pandemic” but I’m sorry we have children there are no FL laws prohibiting a minor at a bar before 9pm as long as no alcohol consumption from said minor so poor customer service we paid bill and left hope your 4th bar Mgr was worth losing regulars of 15 yrs Bc he was not only rude but his demeanor very uncalled for ! Our first time there and we were going to be 11. We walked in and started thinking about where we would sit so since there was no staff nearby we started moving a few tables together. Then all of a sudden a person who seemed to be a manager said we couldn't move the tables. After a few moments trying to figure out how this might work and we even considered leaving the person came back and moved different tables for us. The drink and food orders went in a we had a few minutes. Then the food started to comes out the full meals first, one at a time and the appitizers later very far apart. Don't go there hungry. WORST SERVICE. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but the service has really gone down hill. We had a table of 12, all together on one check. Our server brought us menus and took a drink order from 5 of us and walked away. She came back with our drinks, set them down and left again. We had to chase her down because everyone else wanted drinks and we were ready to order. She came back and did the same thing. She took a drink order for 4 people at our table and walked away leaving 3 people without drinks and not taking our order.
