Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

If you’re craving bold flavors and hearty portions, Teriyaki Madness delivers a solid meal with a few ups and downs. The spicy chicken is the real star here—juicy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of kick. I could honestly eat that on its own.

The rice, however, was a bit of a letdown. It leaned on the mushy side, which isn’t my preference. If you’re like me and prefer a firmer texture, I’d recommend opting for the noodles instead. They’re a better base for the delicious meats and sauces.

As for the potstickers, I’ve tried them twice. Dining in, they were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. On a to-go order, they lost a bit of their crunch and got slightly mushy, but they still tasted great.

Overall, if you prioritize flavorful meat (and don’t mind experimenting with sides), Teriyaki Madness is worth a visit. Just stick with the noodles if mushy rice...

The food is great! A "large" portion is enough for two meals easily. For the downfall-- It's best to go there when it's not "dinner" time as they have limited seating inside 😒. I understand that restaurants are trying to cut back on indoor seating so they don't have to worry about someone cleaning the dining room. However, I saw several people excited to try the new place but left when there were enough seats and didn't get assistance in trying to move chairs around to get at least 2 chairs at a table. There is only ONE table that accommodates a family of 4! All the others are two seaters. They do have patio seating, but it's still winter, so I'm sure summertime will be a little better. We loved the place on our first experience. Service was good. I got the teriyaki chicken breast with noodles, no veggies and my husband got the regular teriyaki chicken breast with fried rice and veggies. We were either very hungry after shopping or it was just that delicious! I LOVE that it’s made to order and I don’t have to pick around the veggies! There is an option for no veggies. I think the teriyaki flavor is so much better than Panda Express. Yes, it’s a little more expensive, but we think it’s worth it, as long as the quality stays consistent. If not, I will update.
