This is the worst Sprint store I have ever been to. They sold me a phone that was either refurbished or had been returned by another customer due to all the issues it was having. The phone would not even allow me to call Sprint.Everytime I got to a representative, the call would mystically magically drop. The only way I got to talk to them was by having a friend do a 3 way call from a friend's phone. I have been a customer of Sprint for 18 years and have never been treated so badly. I pay them over $500 every month and have never had my phone cut off due to non-payment. I am a solo female truck driver who must have a phone. I had to have my old phone cut on and now have to figure out how I have to get this phone back to Sprint. I called the store and NO ONE - NO ONE from the store has yet to call me. I am extremely pissed. I'm taking this to the corporate level. At the very least, someone should have called me by now but no phone call yet. I have every intention today to get in touch with the corporate office. Having to find a corporate store to return this phone is extremely frustrating. I am a truck driver. I only have so many hrs that I can drive. Now I have to not make money to pay this bill to correct this situation that they put me in. I am seriously considering drop Sprint like a hot potato. If u read the reviews of this store, they got 5 stars mostly from those shopper people. Reviews from actual customers are 1 star. Any 5 star reviews were over a year ago. I wish I had read them more carefully. Then I wouldnt be in...
Read moreOur rep was just fine. Freddie held his composure while being hung up on by his own customer care line, being kept on hold for 45 minutes, and then 30 minutes consecutively while trying to help my mother and father in law adda single line to their plan. We ended up not getting anything done after being at the store for 2 and a half hours and they're going to have to return on 12/29/21 to "see" if they can get their issue resolved. The store is not to blame and their on site reps were kind and understanding. Customer care seems to need a complete overhaul as keeping customers in store for hours and resolving nothing is going to force customers to competitors.
Update: My mother and father in law were supposed to be assisted by Store manager Noah and our rep last night Freddie. Neither of which showed up to work today which belies the false conviction Freddie showed us in getting their issue resolved. I myself have been a loyal customer for over a decade and I'll be vetting competitors at this point due to a culmination of poor service, customer service, and now retention. I'm disappointed yet...
Read moreUntil now, the in store experience has been great. Went in because my phone quit working as in black screen. Been a prepaying customer for over a year now with 2 lines and wifi. No help at all. Wanted to look at phones for a replacement, and was told I couldn't even see how it closed as in a new foldable phone. He literally made up words to a song playing over the store speakers about having to work late at Tmobile, and it was 2 hours until closing time. Did not help me get any info from my device or deactivation, was told to call instead, after driving almost an hour to get there. Wanted to look at phones, and was literally ignored. So I have no working phone, at all. But I had to call customer support...? He certainly didn't even offer, and ..Wow! Extremely upset. If I come back and see that person working I will not even go in. Not happy at all. Way to go Tmobile Employee! The worst service I have ever experienced in my...
