Spirit Halloween — Local services in Cape Girardeau

Monday afternoon October 27, I was in the store shopping with my children when I started to hear someone yelling and cussing really loudly. The man, who I later found out from an employee was the district manager, was screaming at all the employees in front of customers and cussing at them. There were several families, including myself, who dropped their belongings and left. I have shopped here for about 8 years, and I could not believe the behavior that i saw. I saw one employee leave crying. The district manager, who I was told by an employee his name was Zach, kept yelling the whole time I was in the which was about 30 mins. The behavior was outrageous and showed signs that he is normally an abusive person. I bought a costume here this year. Only to realize they charged me 5 dollars more than the packaged price. I went right back into the store to ask why did this happen. Both workers were rude and didn't know a thing about it but refused to make it right. I already felt like things were overpriced but was in a jam since I waited the day before I needed the costume so I had to just suck it up and take it. There is no telling how much money your store stole from countless people. I'm disappointed, 5 dollars is 5 dollars! And they had the nerve to ask me to round up on top of that! This store and the other stores don't have a changing room to try on any of the costumes, and they just recently posted signs in their stores , no returns, this is ridiculous , I would advise everyone to not shop at any of these stores, their policy sucks, especially when you can't try on any of the costumes in store before you buy them. They need to be turned into the BBB. Don't fall for this stores garbage, go online and buy and don't give them any of your business if you are a smart shopper. I guess that's why it's called trick or treat, these stores get the treat, (your money) and they get to trick you( no returns)....
