For the love of cookies. Can you please stop sending out UNDERBAKED cookies. Its just as bad as burnt. But no one ever got salmonella from slightly over baked cookies. Raw on the other hand is another story. Eating raw cookies 🍪 increases risk of food borne illnesses. We are past this we just opened stage. Its time to get it together. Ill stop purchasing here. The reason I’m giving 2 star is because the service. I understand this is a new place but the fact that the workers already seem overwhelmed and the process is not as it should be. Having 2 people putting orders together just doesn’t flow well and the fact that they are not moving with any rush in their step as the line is flooded out the door in 100” weather. Cookies are great but the process is a 0 for me. Waiting 45 min to an hr in this weather is a no go for many and rudely telling an elder they can’t come...

My daughter turned me on to Crumbl when we were in St Louis so we are very excited to have one in Cape now! Finally made it in there today, I ordered 3 minis. I read the other reviews. There wasn't a line at all & my cookies took 3 minutes. The only time I've seen a long line out the door was the first couple of days they were open, and thats to be expected. All of the cookies I've tried have been great! They are pricey but this will only be an occasional stop...
