Poki Poki Carlsbad - Boba & Brewski — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Exceeded my expectations the first time I went here! Portion size is really big! Usually, when I go to a Poke place the portion size for the spicy tuna is tiny.. In this place, one scoop is more than 3 scoops in other places, at least in this area.

So far I have been here two times, and both have been tasty and fresh. I also like that they have options like scallops, shrimp, and seared Ahi Tuna. In the picture is one scoop of Spicy Tuna and underneath is two portions of seared Ahi Tuna. It was massive! The second time there was a line of 5 people but the service was so quick I didn't end up waiting long at all. Definitely will be my lunch...

I’ve come here several times since they opened and it’s quickly become my go-to spot for lunch and dinner! The food is FRESH, the workers are kind and the place is peaceful. It’s easy to find seating if you want to eat in and sometimes I even will utilize the outdoor seating of board and brew. Today we were helped by Ethan & Troy who were incredibly pleasant and seemed happy to be working there. The place is upkept nicely and restrooms are very clean! Yum! Ran by this place as it was getting ready to open. Happened to run by again on opening day! Hours of operation 11a, they opened 10m early and let me in :). Ordered child bowl and regular bowl. Very fresh and ymmu trasting. Regular bowl is huge! I really like the spicy oil they use. I can't handle spice too much so I just asked a lil pump.
