I emailed this company inquiring whether they could remove links on a fashion jewelry bracelet. My concern was that they would not assist me because my jewelry was Swavorski rhodium plated rather that fine jewelry. However, I received an email response to come on in.

Once in the store, my bracelet was reviewed and a quote was provided. While I did not end up getting the repair, Rita was so kind and never made me feel awkward for not wanting to move forward. The bracelet required laser cutting which made the fee seem pricey compared to the actual cost of the bracelet. I do believe the quote was fair. Additionally, Rita showed me how to remove the extension link which made the bracelet slightly smaller so I still left a happy customer.

I will definitely come back when I need fine...
