I recently had the pleasure of discovering Better Buzz Coffee while on vacation, there aren't any in my East Coast state, yet, sadly. Our experience was top notch, from the moment we walked in, the vibe was super cozy and welcoming. The staff was friendly and quick, making it really easy to order.

We were staying at a hotel nearby for a week and ended up walking to Better Buzz every single day for our morning coffee fix—and even a few afternoon coffee breaks! We tried almost everything on the menu, and honestly, everything was a cut above the rest. If you see a long line inside, just order from the outside window like we did a few times; it saved us a ton of waiting!

The coffee is fantastic! You can really taste the quality in their small-batch roasts, and knowing they roast and deliver fresh coffee daily makes it even better. I love that they’re CCOF certified and focus on Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance coffees.

The baristas were super helpful and really knew their stuff, giving us great recommendations. Plus, the cozy atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends or getting some work done with their Wi-Fi, making it a great spot to chill....

Better Buzz Coffee in Carlsbad is hands down one of the best coffee spots in the area! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe that makes it a great place to work, catch up with friends, or just relax with a great cup of coffee.

The coffee here is absolutely amazing. Their signature “Best Drink Ever” lives up to its name, and they offer a variety of delicious flavors to customize your drink just the way you like it. Whether you’re into classic espresso drinks, cold brews, or something a little more unique, they have something for everyone. The quality is top-notch, with rich, smooth flavors that make every sip enjoyable.

The seating options are another huge plus. There’s plenty of indoor space with a stylish design, as well as outdoor seating to soak up the Carlsbad sunshine. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to make recommendations if you’re unsure what to try.

We go to a lot of coffee shops and wanted to share what we consider one of the BEST experiences we've ever had. We ordered a non-fat vanilla latte, a flat white and a pastry. The Latte was so rich, creamy and just a little sweet ... absolutely DELICOUS!

Joe, the manager, came out where we were sitting so I asked him what kind of creamer they use and he said, "I'll be right back", went inside, got a bag of the most delicious powdered creamer I've ever tasted and shared how they use it in their coffees then offered the bag to us. He was really easy going, friendly, informative and wants his store there in Carlsbad to be the best place to buy a cup 'o Joe!
