Update 6/7/2025: I am restoring my 5-star review. Great service and servings have been restored. I have been very pleased with both over this past month. Thank you for listening to your customers. Update 5/15/2025: Service at this Carmel facility has been steadily sliding DOWN. I go there 1-2 times a week and leave less than impressed. They seem to be irritated with substitutes, rush you, and seem to give you less and less Kale for the Harvest meal. I am super disappointed with this steady slide down over the last couple of months. Previous: I had the privilege to try Sweetgreen years ago at one of the 1st locations on the East Coast areas, and I became addicted then, especially since they were across the street from where I resided. Well, I am happy to say that I have reunited with my "first love" here in Carmel, Indiana. 😋 I am now addicted to the Harvest Bowl and the new 2025 Blackened Chicken + Ranch. I also love the Miso Glazed Salmon. I visit and pick up these goodies weekly. The servers have also been gracious and pleasant. Even when it was clear that this Carmel location was attended by new trainees, these courageous servers took the needed time to make things exactly right. I REALLY appreciate such transparency as "newbies" just trying to do a great job. Kudos to these servers. I really hope this kind of excellence in service, food, fair prices for fresh earthy meal ingredients, and dedication to your customers continue beyond the "honeymoon" period. I just discovered this restaurant about a week ago and have tried 3 different bowls.

I love the concept and the menu items. I really like that they have more wholesome foods than nearby fast food options.

First order was the hot honey chicken bowl. Everything was so good, but the chicken was dried out and almost inedible. I pretty much ate around the chicken…but the other ingredients were good and the sauce was so tasty.

Second time, I tried the southwest type chicken bowl (can’t remember the name). Same problem as the first, dry chicken…like really dry. The ingredients also were lacking in the amount they gave.

This last time was today and I decided to try the Caramelized steak bowl. The steak was far worse than the chicken. It was almost as if it was scraps of steak that were cooked from 9 this morning until 7pm when I purchased my food. So so so disappointing especially when it cost nearly $20...

Just ordered a to go order from this location and many things were missing. Got a custom bowl and paid extra for double spicy broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, and roasted brussel sprouts that were ALL missing as well as the carrots (pictures included). My boyfriend ordered a steakhouse chopped and got 3 extra dressings, only two were included. He also paid for extra steak and they gave him the smallest portion possible. I was so excited to have a location closer to me and thought it being in Carmel would ensure good service, but I was wrong.
