Let me start be saying, I like Arby's. I grew up with them when it was a treat to eat out. I dont eat there often, but have stopped in for the happy hour sliders and the fish sandwich, when offered.
I am a pescatarian, and it is hard to find fast food offerings. I typically just dont eat fast food. That being said, i was a bit enthusiastic when i saw that Arby's was offering hushpuppy battered fried fish. I had the Arby's fish sandwich years back and it was fantastic.
I was on a road trip and decided to give Arby's a try and get the fish. Spent almost $10 on the 3 piece "meal." Each piece of fish was less than 3.5 inches long and maybe 1.5 inch wide and .5 inches thick. Maybe 1 and a half bites. Maybe the size of a chicken nugget. There was a handful of fries tossed in the box randomly. I think Arby's is going for the fish shack vibe, but this falls way short. The fish was bland, soggy, and over breaded.
I recently ate at Captain D's and was shocked and saddened by how far they had slipped since i ate there last. Jeesh, Captain D's was like eating at a Cape Cod clam shack compared to this garbage. The best that can be said about this fish, and I always try to find the good in any sutuation, is that this cornbread battered fish is a "limited time offering." The more limited time the better.
Yeah, they got one over on me. $10 gone forever. I looked at other reviews of this offering by Arby's. Saw one review that was 5 paragraphs long raving about the fish. You kidding me? Either paid for by Arby's , or never had real fish and thinks factory prepaired fish sticks are fantastic. Don't...
Read moreOh boy, this definitely was something I did not regret going to or patronizing. Arby's is pretty underrated, and I just genuinely love eating there whenever I have the chance to. What also goes top with this location is their top-notch service. Never once had a single food poisoning at this location also! The employees in the location were pretty nice, and though I can't exactly remember who the employee in question served me, I can say they were not only nice, but it was also nice seeing how they love their job serving customers to people like me. They're the real reason why they make this location top notch. They also have some badges and labels right beside the counter, and I am very proud that this Arby's gets their job done and is continuing to service the local area. Roast beef sandwich was pretty delicious as always. The fries were crispy and seasoned very well.. the sauces were tasty and even their spicy chicken sandwich has a pretty good kick to the spice. I definitely say the chicken sandwich could have been cooked better but still this location never disappoints me and it never makes me take off a single star at this location. This is hands down the best place I ever ate from and I definitely will continue going back at this location if I ever want to stop by and...
Read moreI go to this store often. My family and I eat here at least 2-3 times per week and never have an issue. This particular time , the employee at the drive thru window was EXTREMELY rude. Her name I believe was Adrianna, she has long colored braids. Everytime I would ask for something or try and speak at the window she would close the window on me. When she did open the window to me she said " what do you want?" I asked her for the sauces I ordered and she rolled her eyes , grabbed the sauces and literally slammed them in my hand. I began to speak to her and ask her why she was being so rude to me and she again rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut as I was speaking. This was totally uncalled for. I did nothing to deserve her rudeness, I was not a difficult customer and her attitude and actions were very very blatant. This behavior makes my family and I never want to visit this store again. I've tried to call the store several times to report her behavior to the manager , but they never answer their phone. I am so disappointed in my experience today. This behavior is unacceptable especially in...
