When order was placed total given was $12. Which didn’t sound right at all. Then at window order total given was $18.26. Card was run, I signed the credit card slip, then the cashier said I owed an additional $3.42. I asked for clarification as the total was paid and receipt was signed. Cashier couldn’t produce a receipt that my card was declined. She went to get the manager. The manager could not provide a declined receipt but continued to say it was declined. At this point I asked manager for a refund and to cancel the order. I had checked my account and could see not only that I had sufficient funds but also that the charge went through. The manager then said “she’s just mad cause she ain’t got no money.” And to be quiet honest I lost my patience. I said that wasn’t true and she should speak like that to anyone. I demanded a refund again on my card and she said she would give cash. I refused and waited for the refund. After receiving my card and the receipt. I see the total was actually $21.68 but the cashier only ran my card for $18.26 and then asked for $3.42 in cash. This seems very suspicious and I hope that manager never speaks to another customer like that. Even though I had the funds and I had done nothing wrong I was horrified my 6 year old had to witness such a mess. I pulled off, went next door to cookout and spend $23. The service was better and so was the food. I then called the BK store and asked for the district managers number. I was given a 404 number for Chris. He picked up immediately and listened to my issue. But from the actions of the staff at the store I don’t even trust that was really the DM. We will...
Read moreOkay I never ever write bad reviews for anywhere even if they do do a terrible job most times but this time I felt very humiliated I was pinpointed by all the little guys that are in there at the little boys the little babies that should be home with their mom they are in their playing around with the food when I have gastrin Titus bacterial infection as it is I just have got out of the hospital from being very very sick and I thought you know I'm paying money so generally when you go to a fast food restaurant that give you fresh food and stuff you know and that is all very sanitizing out there everything's perfect well the more boys I haven't put my stuff in our time that put it in a bag in another bag and another bag that had no food safe right on it whatsoever the tomatoes were like so old like they were like that don't turn like that really soft bread images I didn't ever I didn't even get my cheese on my Wi-Fi how to go to the door just to get them know that I was there because it was almost closing time I guess because it was like 11:40 something and how to bait on the door really loud just to get them to come and answer me to get them to get this food that I just gave me and then it's just horrible I would never ever why would you put a little babies on a shift altogether without a grown-up adult to supervise them why? And by the way just for me to be able to post this I had to put one star well I absolutely would not put one star if it didn't not make me put one star just to hit the...
Read moreWe stopped by the Burger King on Highway 27 in Carrollton, GA, after a spontaneous little drive while listening to some comedy in the car. My mom suddenly said she was craving BK, and since my Baby loves playgrounds, we pulled into this one with the outdoor play area, and it ended up being the perfect spot for a quick stop.
The play area was awesome! My Baby was already out there playing while my parents stayed with her, and I waited inside for our order. I had a long day today, and I just wanted to get out of the house for a bit, so this stop made sense for all of us.
The highlight of our visit was RaeAnna, our cashier. She was such a sweetheart. She is kind, calm, and friendly from the moment we stepped in. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately, I asked about a military discount, and the lady in the back didn’t seem happy about it. Like it was such a bother to her. She mumbled something under her breath and gave off a not-so-friendly vibe. It honestly made us feel judged, and that part was uncomfortable and weird.
Still, RaeAnna really stood out. Her kindness made a big difference and kept the visit positive overall.
BK corporate should really consider offering military discounts, or if not, please don't be staring me down or mumbling when I ask. It comes off rude. My next statement and question would probably have been that, "I have served this country, have you?"
and take notes on RaeAnna's customer service and give her a pay...
