I doubt many people read these anymore, and I debated this review. I am not one to publicly complain about things like this. After much thought, I am doing it. I can’t be the only person that has experienced this with this location, and will not remain quiet about the treatment received in front of my children. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I went through this drive-thru with my uncle and 2 children. The woman on the speaker was extremely unfriendly. I ignored it, and proceeded to say “hi, how are you?” She very rudely responded with “what can I get for you”. Ignoring the coldness once again, I continued to gather my family’s orders. Becoming overwhelmed with her rude responses, I decided it was best to go inside instead. I pulled forward to a spot adjacent to the payment window, and leaving my children in the car with my uncle, I got out of my car to go inside. To my surprise, one of the employees slung the drive-thru window open and asked if I had just come from the drive-thru. I replied “yes”. He very loudly said “oh my god, She’s got an attitude”. At this point frustrated, I continued inside. Although my initial task was to just go inside to order my food in case it was difficult to hear me over the speaker, I decided to just speak to a manager instead about the rudeness. Once again to my surprise, the manager was the one that approached the counter. If he had been standing there for the 30 seconds it had taken me to get through the door, he had to have heard the whole incident. I attempted to approach with kindness and inform him that I didn’t want the employees to feel as though I was being rude or mean to them. I explained that she was being rude, and having worked in fast food, I felt it was best to just come inside in case she couldn’t hear me. He then made excuses for the employee saying that it’s difficult to hear when it rains, and made no comment towards the employee that harassed and verbally attacked me through the drive-thru window while my children, and uncle were in the car watching. At the end of the conversation he attempted to ask if I had completed my order, and if that’s all I wanted. I informed him that we were just going to go somewhere else. I know my little 5 people family won’t be missed by this store. They will still have money coming in, but when I say I will NEVER go somewhere again. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience for myself and my children. I’ve never had an employee behave in that manner, and that aggressively for simply attempting to feed my family. It didn’t make my son comfortable knowing that I was walking into a restaurant in which a man just got mad at me through a window either. I have brought it to the attention of the corporate office, and have yet to hear anything back. I am hoping Monday, someone will hold some type of accountability and responsibility for these actions. Read moreI came through the drive thru at around 11:00pm on the dot may 4th. As soon as I rolled my window down I immediately heard “ wait a minute” I patiently waited around 5 minutes until a lady started to speak and take my order. No cars were I front of me nor behind me. I respectfully ordered in a very nice manner and tone saying “yes mam” and being considerate of the busy employees. The LADY over the speaker was just plane rude for reason, huffing and puffing over me asking for sauces. I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich and a Dave’s double JUST LETTUCE CHEESE KETCHUP MAYO. I made it clear over the speaker and am 100% on what I ordered. I arrived at the window and immediately my payment was taken. I was forced to go park into the side parking lot to wait LONGER. It was 11:46 pm when my food finally made it to my car. Everything was completely wrong. There was a plane chicken sandwich with just lettuce on it, the burger had tomato’s and onions and everything I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO TAKE OFF, no sauces were in the bag either. I RESPECTFULLY went back through the drive thru where I expressed their wrong doings. THEY IGNORED me at the speaker and would not respond. I went to the window where I was met with the same rude lady. She said “I know what you ordered you don’t know what you ordered”. She was fighting with me when I was asking for was a refund, I didn’t want my food remade they seemed extremely overwhelmed and could not even make 2 meals in 45 MINUTES at a fast food place. At this point the manager came over an older man who continued to let this LADY talk trash to me while I’m just sitting in my car not even speaking. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIS LADY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT OR PUNISHED. Nasty behavior from an adult to a child completely unprofessional and unacceptable should not be tolerated by ANY ESTABLISHMENT let alone a MULTI BILLION...
Read moreabsolutely terrible service. no one was in line, picked up a mobile order for a friend. skipped the line not knowing i had to stop at the speaker before( no one in line again) got to the window and the “boy” who i did mot get a name from but had smuth greasy dreads prolly pretty recognizable by my desc but he proceeded to tell me i needed to go to the speaker first and say i have a mobile order which is totally fine and i apologized twice explaining ive never done mobile orders and didnt know untill he explained that to me. again this is all okay, untill he leaves the window open on purpose and proceeds to talk abt me and my friend. phrases such as “ shes very rude and and that were gonna ruin her day now look at her,” the exact words from his mouth. again very nice and apologetic and used manners on our end but not his. as he kept going on and on for around 3 mins now my friend spoke up and said “im here i can hear you talking abt us” then the smuth greasy dread boy proceeded to say “awe were ruining your day were not talking abt you” then continued to keep on and on talking abt us and us being rude again no one in line. if we knew ahead of time we wouldved stopped at the speaker before but again never done one of those orders before and we were polite and apologetic but we received The complete opposite and he wouldnt stop as he kept the window open talking very loudly as we could hear him and making rude gusters and pointing. again didnt get a name but around 7:30 on oct 15 2024 maybe hell see this or someone will recognize who im talking abt with the smuth greasy dreads. calling corporate or manger wont do anything, so maybe hell read...
