Arby's — Restaurant in Carson City

$36 later and I am still super hungry. Arby’s really disappointed me today between the cold, stale food, and incorrect items I will not be returning anytime soon. This evening I ordered food for my family. I ordered myself a roast beef gyro with double meat. I was given a cold gyro (normally the meat is warmed) with no seasoning. There was only the standard amount of meat on my gyro meaning Arby’s was gifted $2 for something I didn’t receive. It was super dry too. We ordered the new Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib Sandwich in the meal. It had less meat on it than a slider and less sauce than you’d find in a standard ketchup packet. Did I mention this was COLD too. Since we ordered it in the meal we ordered a drink that should be a large size but this Arby’s really likes to stick it to you by charging $5.99 for a cup of lemonade that would be medium at best at other fast food establishments. It was over half filled with ice making the actual beverage itself non-existent. I also ordered a loaded fries and not to my surprise there was only 3 small chicken pieces in it. After 5 years or more I decided to give Arbys a try since I saw their Cheesesteak and Gyro sandwich’s introduced. I actually passed on ordering Chk Flt with my wife since it was next door. Compared to CF which was 20 minutes in drive thru, Arbys was fast at 5 and friendly. My cheesesteak and curly fries however were a huge letdown to say the best. First the sandwich was soggy and smashed. The meat was minimal pic makes it look like a ton but was spread out to show inside, as were the overcooked slivers of onion/peppers. The cheese tho was what destroyed it. I love whiz but this was soapy and waxy at the same time. I made it halfway and gave up. At 7.50 it was a waste. The fries started out ok as what became my main meal at $4 for a medium fries but also failed me halfway. They clearly scraped the bottom of the pan to try to make it a medium size. So I get a flyer in the mail for the brown sugar bacon BLT. I go in the next day and ordered it, and no one there has any idea what I'm talking about. So they make us two regular bacon BLTs and we get outside and realize it's not what we wanted or what we ordered so we go back inside an attempt to explain the situation at which time they say that they have the brown sugar bacon but they don't have the king Hawaiian rolls it goes on. This comes on the heels of last fall when they're big Marquee out front said come in now and try our new brown sugar bacon , and so I went in and ask for their brown sugar bacon and they tell me they no longer have that. I say it's on your Marquee outside that doesn't make any sense. I leave hungry without any food.
