First time visiting this location. Okay so I’m in drive thru and the gentleman greets me and I start to order. Yes I made a mistake by not telling him that I wanted meals right away.I happen to tell him after I order two spicy chicken sandwiches and one regular chicken sandwich and then I said can you make two meals. He then told me to let him know first that they were meals and then said “ let’s go back and do this again” I was like okay Well my bad. So then I continue my order and I said can I have them with crisscross fries and very rude he said that’s the kind of fries they come with. Read moreToday I visited this location and went to the drive-thru. There seems to be an issue with attention to detail. I ordered an eight count and after the long wait and drive-thru I decided to pull over in the parking lot to consume my food. The fries are barely warm, and the eight count that I ordered was replaced by a three piece tender. I had to get out and go inside. Not only did they allow me to keep the three piece tender, they gave me my account however they did not replace the fries. I haven't been in this area in almost 10 years and was super excited to stop by because I love the food however they really need to pay attention to details. Read moreI am editing this review because I actually thought this place had friendly customer service. I placed an order today went to go pick it up, there was like 5 people waiting for their order. No one was helping them, there was a guy waiting for an interview with the “supervisor” she came and helped him and even offered him a drink but she didn’t even bother to ask any of us if we have been helped. It wasn’t until someone actually thought about helping us and getting rid of the mobile orders. Instead they kept helping the people that were coming in to place their orders, they need to train their people better and be more friendly!!! If the supervisor walked away what do I expect from...
