Best jack in the box of all mainly cause the staff who will go out of they're way to please 😎. Another awesome visit. I had a great experience. I got a delicious sandwich by the awesome cook Salvador. He does such a great job and somehow has perfected how I eat that I call him El Magnifico. I Always appreciate the good work. Awesome service by Amelia as usual as he keeps the customers very happy. You know Amelia's service is awesome when I've been coming back for over a decade 😃 😊. She really bends over backwards to make every customer happy. Brigitte is the friendliest cashier who always brightens up my day not just with politeness but always recommended the best item which leaves me happier then I am coming in. Salvador the awesome cook aKa El Magnifico makes the best food 😋. Lucy is an awesome leader you can tell she's got a great team. She really cares about her team. That's admirable. You definitely wanna see leaders like Amelia and Lucy...

Let me cut to the point. Bad! Placed my order through drive thru. They asked me to pull over on the side to wait for my order. Waited about 10 mins then they brought me my order. My order was shoved into 3 small paper bags. All condiments were thrown on top of the fries. They touch those condiments with no gloves so I'm sure it passed germs to the fries. I had 3 combos. ALL of our FRIES were COLD. Egg roll was soggy in oil. You could squeeze the egg roll and it would produce a half cup of oil. Sodas were watered down. I had to check the order before leaving and the employee was just trying to pass me the sodas to leave. All of the fries fell out, the way the jam packed the food. Sometimes common sense is not easy for some people. If you are waiting on 1 item in my order then don't pack the rest of the food ahead of time to save YOURSELF the trouble. Because all you did was produce nasty food with bad quality that I paid...

Horrible customer service. I came here around 6:45pm on a Thursday evening. There were at least 10 cars in the drive thru so I decided to go inside. I was the ONLY customer inside, however, I stood there for at least 7 minutes before a worker came in from her break and I asked her who the manager is. She proceeded to let one of the other older ladies know I was there (this woman made eye contact with me while I was standing there for 7 minutes). This woman then attempts to take my order and I explained that I wanted the name of the manager to complain as that is HORRIBLE customer service. She tells me Norma is the manager, however, she will be in tomorrow. I thank her and drive to another location as they were not going to get...
