This review should actually be rated a NEGATIVE 10. We stopped here at 7pm on a Saturday. There were no customers inside except me. The dining room was trashed. The restroom was DISGUSTING and I should have left then but we were trying to grab some quick food before a 5 hour drive home. There was a sign at the counter that said "Use Kiosk". I hate those things to start with and I'm not using a card in one. There was a girl standing behind the counter doing nothing who said "I can do it here" so I asked about the sign and she just shrugged her shoulders. I tried to order a Double Quarter Pounder and a Bacon Quarter Pounder. She looked confused and said "Sooo....a McDouble?". I said "NO, a DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER and a BACON QUARTER POUNDER" to which she replied "Soooo....one with bacon?". đ (Second clue I should have left.) They had NO apple (or any kind) of pies. So, I paid and started waiting for my order. While I waited, I watched one of the workers EATING things from the food line (chicken nuggets specifically) while the shift supervisor or manager was slinging things around like she really hated being there AND she was wearing the dirtiest uniform shirt I've ever seen. It looked like it hadn't been washed in a week. Nobody looked my way. And. I. Waited. Remember, nobody in there but me. Originally I thought they were waiting on fries and the alarm on the fryer went off for a good 3 minutes before anyone responded to it. They pulled and bagged my burgers but never got my fries so they used them all for the drive-thru and had to drop more. My husband had dropped me off to get food while he went across the street to get gas and he was back but I still didn't have food. Approximately 23 minutes after I ordered, somebody came over and asked if I was waiting for food. FINALLY, I got my order. The fries were hot and fresh but the burgers (sitting in the bag for several minutes) were warm at best and thats not the worst of it. Neither burger had more than one dime sized pickle, too much ketchup and grease had cometely soaked the bottom of the box. It was disgusting. Waste of time and a waste of money (for me AND for whoever is writing the paychecks for that pathetic bunch of people at that store). Would we stop there again? Not if it was the only place in...
Read moreI've never seen any fast food restaurant so terrible at what they do! If I could give them a negative rating, I would. The last five times I visited (before I declared not to go back) here is what has happened; I was either asked to pull up because they needed more time (this happens often), they decided to close for 2-3 hours, they were not accepting anything but cash, or the cook (who was also the manager that evening) left for 20 minutes so they didn't have anyone that could prepare anything. One visit, I remember ordering a medium coffee and a pastry. They were out of the pastries and they had me wait for them to make the coffee. The times I have ordered food, the order has been wrong. I visit during their "off hours" due to working night shift so more often than not, there is only one other person in the drive through. I could understand confusing or mixing up orders when you have 10 other orders. However, if you have two customers and you can't get the order correct, you simply aren't paying attention. How difficult can it be? All McDonald's are required to go through the same process yet this location simply can NOT get it together. I called there tonight to get the store number that was assigned to that location and no one answered the phone. I rolled my eyes and complained to my co-worker. She said when she drove by a little while ago, the lights were really dim and it looked like they were closed. It wouldn't surprise me if they were closed; they seem to make their own hours and rules.
Due to working night shift, we shuttle guest there often (well, not often anymore). I have guest come back to the hotel saying they would have rather gone to bed hungry! I hate it for our guest because there are not any other options on this exit for food during my shift. I detest this location! I've even complained once before and was told that I would have coupons mailed to me to make up for my poor experience. By now, you may NOT be surprised to hear this but the coupons never came! lol When you have a restuarant that is consistantly terrible, it's...
   Read moreDear Manager,
Iâm writing to share a concerning experience I had at your location between 7:30 PM and 7:55 PM today.
When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told that only cash was accepted. I was asked twice if I wanted to proceed with the order, and I confirmed yes. I then placed an order for a 4-piece Happy Meal for my child and a drink for myself. However, I was not informed of the total cost until I reached the second window.
At the payment window, I asked for the total and was told it was $6.47. I handed the cashier $10 in cash. I received only 53 cents in change. When I questioned it, the cashier said they had already given me the correct change. At that point, I only had coins in my handâno dollar bills.
A second employee next to him opened the cash drawer and counted with what felt like a strong attitude and rough actions, as if I had tried to cheat them. That made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I was alone in the car with two young children, including an infant crying in the backseat, and I didnât have the ability to wait or argue further.
To be clear, $10 is not a big bill to me. I would have been able to forgive the missing money if the staff had treated me with respect. But the way I was treated felt very unfair and uncomfortable. As an Asian, I may not speak perfect English, but I know how to do math. It felt like they took advantage of my situationâbeing alone, with kids, and struggling with the language.
After waiting, I finally asked for my food so I could leave. They gave me the Happy Meal, but no drink. When I asked for it, the employee handed me a cup with a rude attitude. At that point, I felt too scared and stressed to say anything more, so I drove away.
I hope your management will take this seriously. Please review the camera footage at the cashier window during that time. I was not trying to cause troubleâI just wanted to be treated fairly and with respect.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I hope this helps improve the experience for other customers...
