Starbucks — Restaurant in Cary

Usually I'm all over starbucks but today was particularly bad. I ordered a grande hot chocolate with no whip cream and when I got it and tasted it (I had brought my own cup so I needed to drink a bit to get it low enough for the lid to fit) - it didn't taste right. I thought it was White Chocolate. I told her "It doesn't taste right... I asked for regular hot chocolate?" and she goes "that is regular hot chocolate." I think went "No, its like white chocolate?" and she goes "We don't have white hot chocolate." and I responded "It sure tastes weird." ..... her response "Oh I used HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP because we're all out of Starbucks." I didn't have the time to stand there and fight with her so I walked off to get back to work. I wish I had stayed and demanded a refund. I didn't pay $3-$4 to get stuff I can...

Just went in for a coffee I got a white mocha with no whip and a extra shot. She poured way to much milk it tasted like I got sweetened milk and I couldn’t taste the extra shot I get this drink everyday so I know how it’s suppose to taste when I told her she got a attitude and said she only put a dab of milk her co worker asked what she was making she replied what I got and rolled her eyes then when she remade my drink again I watched her pour a bunch of milk in it then put ice in it then poured some of the drink out and added another shot on top so she knew she added to much milk again probably on purpose she was very rude and didn’t care about the customers not to mention she was on her phone the whole time she was taking my order! I will not...

If I could give them a 0 I would, I work super close so is walking distance, 1st time she was super rude, she ask what do you want? When I start saying it she said we don’t have it, let it slide went back to work, 2nd time she was missing I ask someone from Harris Teeter, they didn’t know after walking around the store for 20 min, I found her walking around, I ask if she work at Starbucks she was mad I found and went back and took my order but today I ran there because the website said 8pm and I saw her she look at me and said we are closed! And I said sorry the website said 8 and she interrupted me and said I told you were close! Screaming like I’m nothing.. horrible way to treat...
