I got to the wendys drive thru and gave them my name for my mobile order. She said okay. I then got to the window and she handed me the wrong drink. I tried to tell her it was the wrong drink but she ignored me and walked away. I waited and someone else in the window noticed i needed something. I told him it was the wrong drink. He got me what I ordered. She then handed me some food. I saw what looked more or less like my order from a quick glance inside. I drove off. In some fairness to them, I was very tired from a long day at work and i have a physically exhausting job. I didn't notice that they didn't hand me the Frosty i ordered. As i was driving away i realized that i had the completely wrong order in the bag as well. I turned around and went back. The app was no help as i couldn't pull up my order to see what i had ordered without canceling it. So I hit the button to make changes which cancels the order. I then went into the wendys. The guy who helped me get the right drink got the manager because i spoke very little English. Which i was okay with because i figured the manager might be a better place to get things resolved. The manager couldn't find the order because it was canceled. I told her i could submit it again. She asked me to do that. She waited a minute and told me it can take a little bit for the order to come through and then walked away leaving it for her staff to figure out. There was a nice guy who came to the front and he was trying to help me the best he could. A white guy with a little get in his beard and curly. He was one of the only good things of this encounter but i unfortunately didn't get his name. He found my order about 5 minutes after the manager had walked away. Its likely it was ready to be processed before that but no one was really trying very hard. The girl from the window was very rude. Other customers came in and ordered and got their good while i was waiting. The whole thing took 30-45 minutes of my time. I don't believe the girl from the window or the manager ever even said sorry for the mistake. I want offered any kind of compensation for the mistake. Utter failure from start to finish. Really disappointed. I don't want to waste any more time on this so I'm likely leaving out some details but it's not worth my time anymore. Just wanted others to know the service you may...

Then he was making videos of himself on his cell phone. Ordered 2 potatos 1 had harden orange burnt puncture markers on both sides of the potato. Wasn’t edible. Our sour cream on second potato which was spoiled. Husbands fries were rubbery. The bathrooms had used rubber gloves all over the floor. Men’s bathroom didn’t have paper towels but had new cleaning paper towels in the trash cans.?? Weird. Please avoid this Wendy’s. The staff sucks and the food was not prepared properly.
