Hopefully still working out the bugs of opening a restaurant. Because otherwise they have a lot of work to do. We arrived around 1:30pm to a near empty restaurant and the front end guy legitimately struggled to find a seat for a family of 5. It was a bit comical really. When we finally got seated, our server notified us that she was new. No worries there… I’ll cut her some slack. She was cordial at least. But it took the better part of an hour to actually get the food. Which is just absurd… maybe they only have one cook who is still learning how to cook. Further evidenced by the simplicity of our food. I bought quite literally a sandwich and fries. Allegedly prosciutto, bacon, and pepperoni with Parmesan cheese on a hoagie bun. My wife bought a turkey club which last time I checked was supposed to have beacon and tomato on it. She got a turkey sandwich with partially melted cheddar cheese on a half a hoagie bun. My kid got chicken nuggets and fries that were so dry it was almost painful to eat. The cost was absurd for the quality of food. $64 for lunch? And bad lunch on top of that. The atmosphere is fine. It’s minimalist at best. All in all, not great. I’d probably give it another shot but since the food was such a drag, the rest of the stuff barely matters. Hopefully its just opening woes, but if it isn’t, it’s just another pizza joint doomed to fail.

Food was good or ok, Service was a little on slow side for keeping water refilled, soda got refilled without asking. We were a 6 top and only about 4 other tables when we arrived shortly after 11am. Two orders of appetizers as meal, definitely prepared way before meals, then sat there until served with meal. The nachos were cold because of this. Maybe FOH to BOH miscommunication. Pizza is a recommend. Pizza burger sounds good, and is ok. Making a calzone from that would be phenomenal. Wife really enjoyed the sandwich she ordered. I do like the fries a lot! Just the right amount of seasoning. Really nice setup, clean, staff is super friendly, just could be a little better on refills.

Had dinner here. It was surprisingly good. It's a different kind of spot in town that I didn't even realize was there. A very large place with nothing incredible for decor, split into a restaurant, sports bar and bar areas. Our server Melody was incredibly nice and was attentive to our needs. I had the Hawiaam BBQ Chicken Pizza and it was good, not anything incredibly special, I'd give it about a 4.8/10.The menu here is incredibly large with a variety of just about everything you'd expect from an American diner. It seems they've worked out some of the kinks from first opening. I'd definitely give it another try and would recommend it based on my experience.

This spot is attached to the Best Western and, as of this review, has been open @2 weeks. Everyone from the hostess, bartenders, wait staff and food runners are learning their jobs. With half the restaurant tables open, the wait was 30 minutes to be seated bc the kitchen couldn't keep up with the orders. Nevertheless, Rae, the hostess, killed it. Rae kept those of us waiting informed of where we were in the queue.

Our waitress was great, but hadn't been given the training she needed to be top notch. We ordered 2 Voodoo Ranger IPAs. 10 min later the bar informed our waitress that the keg was blown. It would be a bit of time to tap another keg (almost offered my service in this dept.) 10 minutes later we were told that they were out. Happily, our waitress offered us the last 1.5 pints of the blown keg as complimentary. Nice.

Asked about the size of the Boston nachos (menu says serves 3-4) for a light main course. Waitress hadn't actually seen an ordered so we gambled.

Except for the lettuce, this one chip layer of nachos was entirely from a can. Blah. Maybe serves 1.5 - 2 as a light vs heavy app. Not even close to an app for 3-4 people as the menu suggests. Food arrived warm, not hot. Our food runner seemed aware of the kitchen delays and was prompt & courteous when we asked for side dishes for the nachos. The salsa that accompanied he nachos was the size of a to go McDonald's catsup cup. I give this dish a C- for flavor, portion and presentation (at best). We asked for more salsa and finally got enough for the small portion that was the Boston Restaurant & Sports Bar namesake.

Ordered wings, bone-in Mango Habenero. This was the highlight of the evening, such that it was. Pretty okay. Our waitress did not know the # of wings in a "single" order of wings. It's 8.

Our check arrived before we were asked about dessert, which we wanted after such a tiny portions. We asked for the Brownie and vanilla ice cream. It was 2nd to the wings. Good, not mind blowing. Smallis Brownie shares with 2 melon ball sized ice cream scoops. (Note: Melon ball scoops are smaller than a ping pong ball)

Side note about this being a sports bar. About 2 dozen large screen TV adorned the walls. Wrestling's Smack Down was on every screen. No baseball. No Olympics. Not a single other sport was being shown on a Thursday night. Shame on you Josh, the person in charge of the screens, for not knowing what is expected of a sports bar. Boo. Do better. Figure out your sports screens.

Bottom line. Go elsewhere to eat until this place gets its act together, especially the kitchen. Treat yourself to something, anything, better.

We went in for a birthday dinner in Casper WY. and this was such a horrible experience I'm not even sure where to begin we were sat in the bar very chaotic and loud we had 8 people and were doing separate checks was not asked was told that because we had 8 people at our table there was so automatic 20% gratuity added I explained I had no problem with leaving a nice tip but should not be forced to leave an amount determined by the restaurant she got the manager who had no idea what to say or do very rude. I explained that they would be separate checks she informed me that separate checks made no difference I said ok so who pays the gratuity she informed me she would just divide it well correct me if I'm wrong but you cannot split 20% 3 ways to come out even. orders were made wrong several items ordered were not available after we ordered them the waitress had to come tell us "oh we don't have that" I ordered a club sandwich got a sub sandwich got a side salad and of course the dressing I asked for they did not have the ranch that was served was extremely watered down ran right off the lettuce not really edible,French dip was soggy when it arrived at the table that another person ordered, asked for no tomatoes on a chicken sandwich well guess what tomatoes on the sandwich, order a cup of tomato soup after a good amount of time was told nope don't have that so offered what they had the French onion soup was purely disgusting it was terrible, drinks were given to the wrong people pizza was ok but nothing that would be worth going back for paid a 30 dollar gratuity for this kind of service and 160 for this dinner that was completely awful. We had never been and wanted to try the new restaurant well what a terrible mistake that was. Will not recommend to anyone a very horrible experience for a...

The service was horrible. I was dining with three friends and I arrived after they had ordered their tea and water. I was literally never even asked what I wanted to drink the entire time we sat there. I had to finally ask if I could get some water well after we had ordered food. My friend was asked what kind of dressing she wanted on her Cesar salad. Honestly, at this point we should have realized that this was not going to go well. When the food finally came, not a single order was right. Sides were wrong, steak was not cooked as requested, yada, yada. My friend's Cesar salad was severly overdressed to the point you would be forgiven for thinking the lettuce was white. I had to ask if we could have napkins, as we had not been provided any. We asked to get the check and just gave the server three cards and asked her to split the bill three ways. We should have known better. After 10 minutes she came back extremely confused and we had to go item by item to create separate checks. Once we closed out our tab, we realized that we had time for a round of drinks before we had to be at our next engagement. Not exactly sure why this absolutely perplexed the staff to the point that they had to have a meeting about it. Our server told us she had to enter us in as different table numbers before she could take our drink order. Then the manager came over to tell us that she didn't have anything that we ordered as drinks. At this point we just decided to take our business elsewhere for the drinks, where we all sat and laughed about how terrible the entire experience at Boston's was. It seems that there isn't a single person working there who has worked at a restaurant before. Will not be going back. Should have read the legit reviews...
