Darren, their general manager, is an incompetent individual who seems to be overwhelmed by two separate customers, living in two separate addresses placing two separate orders with two separate apps. I placed an order through door dash, another individual with the same 1st name placed an order through Uber eats. I get the uber eats order with the UBER EATS receipt clearly indicating it's the wrong order. When I attempted to call him and correct my order, Darren tried to defend being incompetent to me as if it were par for the course of doing business at the Arby's he is generally mismanaging. He seemed to have gotten his feelings hurt when I called him out on not owning his incompetence. A sad excuse for a general manager. Arby's must truly be desperate to find good help if they have this guy running their show. If you dare order from Arby's, be sure to walk in and place your orders in person for quality assurance and accuracy purposes. I personally, won't ever order from them again. That's not to say, I still won't get an errant delivery from time to time with Darren at the helm. If Arby's corporate is reading any of these reviews and are in any way concerned with the satisfaction of their customers, perhaps they should fire that general manager Darren. Read moreI went to pick up my food from this Arby's that I ordered online. I placed an order through the app at 1:59pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 2:07pm. The staff were telling me that they didn't receive my order and that they couldn't give it to me. The staff was extremely rude. The ONLY reason why I used the app was to use a coupon. The coupon said it was only available with an online purchase. I was very upset because the money was taken out of my bank account and they were telling me they still couldn't give me the order and to contact Arby's. Today is Sunday and there is no one to contact. After screaming and yelling, they finally gave me my order because I told them I wasn't leaving without the food that I paid for and my daughter was hungry. They finally gave me my food. I asked for NO ICE in the drink like I always do. And they STILL gave me a bunch of ice in the drink. When I took the ice out, the cup was only half full. There is NO OPTION in the app to say NO ice. Read moreI ordered through the app, showed up 10 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and the cashier inside was absolutely rude. She told me she couldn’t have them make my order until they received it. Mind you, this was 30 minutes after I initially ordered it. She let me stand there for an hour. Had I not paid ahead of time in the app, I would have just left. Finally one of the line cooks asked to see the order on my phone and just made it for me. The cashier came around and asked who’s order he was bagging and she started to get irritated with him because he was giving me the food I obviously paid for and had proof of. She had the worst customer service skills and was just all around rude. I visit this Arby’s often as it’s close to my home and have for years.
