Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Casselberry

went in to get a couple sandwiches today and saw a man walk in for an interview, he arrived early and in black jeans and a black hoodie(no rips or dirt). the man in charge of doing his interview was behind the counter not at all prepared for the interview. the worker walked over to the man waiting and told him something along the lines of “i’m not going to waste your time or my own, you aren’t dressed for an interview, next time you get an interview, dress better” then walked away and the man who showed up for the interview left without getting one. the worker then proceeded to go back to work and make jokes about how the guy came in dressed. in a time where it’s very hard to afford much or get a job, a man in charge of making sandwiches all day shouldn’t feel so entitled and good about himself to turn down a job to someone who could’ve really needed it without even giving him a chance, especially when it took over 10 minutes for me to get my 2 sandwiches and he could probably use the help. he did this in front of other customers and didn’t seem to care about embarrassing another human being. the food wasn’t even worth the money i spent on it but i’m happy i know not to go back to a place who cares so little...

My boyfriend ordered 3 subs tonight and they were all wrong except for one was correct. I.tried to contact the 321 area code phone number that they have listed on their website and it says the mailbox is full. So now stuck with three subs we have no clue what they are. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made our food great. They had to deal with a difficult customer, but they were very professional about the situation and deescalated the problem while keeping in mind there were other customers still in the line.
