Update below! It’s a 50/50 if your sandwich will be correct, even if you order in-store. I can generally tell when I walk in and see the crew working if it’ll be right or not. We keep trying but likely won’t anymore because it’s frustrating, and it’s not easy to check a to-go order before you leave the store. Our subs last night turned out the same as our order 3 times ago. Ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak and received it with absolutely no Frank’s hot sauce on it. I’m not really sure how you keep forgetting the ingredient that’s in the name, but it sucks. My sandwich was slathered with bleu cheese, as if that would make up for their mistake. It was really awful compared to the normal JM sub to be honest. Please train the teenagers (and all employees) to listen to the order, read the order, and make the subs properly. We likely won’t be back since we just never know what we’ll get. UPDATE: We gave them another shot this evening and had another strike out. One sandwich was ordered with no tomato or blue cheese dressing. The guy that took the order completed and wrapped the sandwich. As he walked over he made sure to point out he labeled the sandwich with no tomato or blue cheese dressing, but when we got home, both sandwiches were identical. The customizations were not done. I’m at a loss. It’s hopeless. 100% NOT returning.

But today, at 7 weeks pregnant, I CANNOT eat undercooked anything or deli meats because of the risk of neural tube deficiency in my growing baby, so I ordered a hot chipotle chicken sub. Well after a few bites I knew it was off. Sure enough, the sandwich is full of raw chicken. So not sure if it will be morning sickness or food poisoning that I’ll be throwing up from tomorrow. I have tried to call them and their phone is busy. It is unsafe to be serving customers not just undercooked but completely raw chicken. Ironically, the same employee who charged me twice last time was the one on the griddle. I am incredibly unhappy and at the very least, I want a refund on our $30 sandwiches.

I went in tonight around 8:30 p.m. 9/16 and the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young lady who rolled her eyes, sighed, and said “ugh, of course more people come in.” It was very clear she was frustrated that customers were coming in even though it was still 30 minutes before closing time.

When I placed my order for a cold sandwich and then requested a chicken Philly, I was told they could not make it because the grill had been cleaned and closed for the night. As a business restaurant owner myself, I know cleaning should not be done before close, and I mentioned this. Her response was dismissive, and she told me she didn’t care if I spoke to the manager. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it.

I began recording the interaction because of how unprofessional it was, and even then, she still refused to identify herself. The other employee in the store was much more professional, explained the manager would be in at 12 the next day, and handled things more appropriately. However, my husband went in less than 10 minutes later and was able to get a grilled sandwich made, which shows the first employee was simply unwilling to help. To make matters worse, she was discussing the incident with her coworkers in front of him instead of handling it privately.

This experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this situation with the staff involved, because customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience—especially when arriving well before...

Ordered through the Jersey Mikes app after it popped up offering FREE DELIVERY yesterday. Ordered about 3:30. Started receiving door dash updates that the order would arrive on or around 4:11. At 4:30 I called the store and was RUDELY TOLD to call Door Dash. DD told me to call the store. I called back and someone else answered and told me that the order had not been picked up. So I called DD back and they said they had re-assigned the order to a different driver and I started receiving updates again. My order was 5 minutes away. Around the corner. at 4:50 I called the store and spoke to ASHTON who took responsibility and told me he was going to deliver the order and give me a credit for my next order in the amount of this order. A few moments later.... Door Dash Text: YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN ALTERED or CANCELED . Because you want ambiguity around whether or not it was canceled or just altered. So me, thinking that Ashton had assured me he would deliver the order waited until 5:30 and called back and spoke to Connor Ramirez who was RUDE and COMBATIVE and refused to give me a refund, telling me to call DD who told me to call the store. Finally I called them back near 6pm and he offered to have us come and pick it up. Saying he had nothing else to offer us. FREE DELIVERY? Its clear that this franchisee Jason Brown has instructed his employees to BLOCK all APP deliveries offering free delivery. DONT ADVERTISE IT IF YOU DONT INTEND TO HONOR IT. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND. This makes this whole thing a 100% SCAM. FALSE...
