Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Centennial

I work around the corner from this Jimmy's and I can say unequivocally that these young men and women work their aces off.

Today, I was in line and pickup orders kept printing back to back and the guy at the cash register just smiled and said, "lots of pickup orders! Busy day!" No irritation in his voice at all. Oftentimes people get testy when they are busy. Not here, they keep chugging and dishing put well-made sandwiches.

I'm very pleased with this location and chains are always hit or miss. It's tough to keep morale up these days but I'm happy to say, these guys don't kill the mood when you go in. They gladly take your order, make your 'wich and you're headed on your...

Edit to prior review Someone from Jimmy Johns called me to apologise and they even sent a $10 gift card to try to make it right and to try again. Same thing happened. They really need better service and more than one delivery driver. Maybe if I order my sandwiches at 8am they'll arrive by 1:30.

Second time I’ve got my food from here I’m pretty unsatisfied! Tuesday it took 2 an half hours for my order to be deliver and we at .3 miles from the jimmy john store. Today is Friday order for pick up since NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT over 2 hours, The guy that was packing items kept staring at me and looks unhappy made me feel a little uncomfortable.
