Five Guys — Restaurant in Chambersburg

Went to this Chambersburg location for the first time on February 18, 2022 on our way back from visiting Shippensburg University. My wife, two daughters, and I enjoyed our burgers and fries; they were very good. The cashier was very friendly. She and the other two ladies were working hard to get customers' orders taken and food prepared and to customers. Our order was fulfilled, from start to finish, within the usual amount of time expected, if not a bit quicker, for a Five Guys.

The only issue is parking in the spaces directly in front of the restaurant. Because of a drive-thru, vehicles that park there get blocked in.

If my daughter attends Shippensburg University, glad that she will have a good Five Guys fairly close by that won't require her to get on the interstate...

We ordered takeout to be delivered to our hotel in Chambersburg this past weekend. On June 23rd to be exact.. my husband ordered a little cheeseburger with onions and green peppers and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, we ordered some fries and shakes also. When the burger got there, it had mushrooms on it!!! My husband is allergic to mushrooms. I called the restaurant and first spoke with an employee, who then transferred me to a manager.The manager showed little concern for what possibly could have been a medical emergency, no apology, just I will reimburse you for the cheeseburger.... No offer to remake, nothing, just I will reimburse you. Well, over a week later and nothing. It's sad cuz their food is actually...

Love the food & very clean. Came here for the first time at 9:30 pm. on Saturday, May 14. They close at 10:00 pm. As soon as we walked in the door, the employees complained amungst themselves that we came in 30 minutes before close. Doesn't make us feel very welcome. We didn't even get a smile out of ANY of the employees. Every time more customers walked in the doors, they got an attitude and make nasty faces. Didn't greet...
