I recently had the pleasure of dining at Denny's establishment and I must say, the experience exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality that instantly made me feel welcome.
Samantha was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly attentive to all of our needs. The recommendations offered were spot-on, and every dish that arrived at our table was nothing short of exceptional. Samantha demonstrated an impressive understanding of the ingredients and preparation methods, which only added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
What truly set Samantha off wasn't the consistent level of service throughout the entire dining experience. Read moreI went to this Denny's location for a birthday dinner. We walk in there was no one to take us to our table, we had to wait, we finally got seated. The tables all around us had not been cleaned from the time we got their to the time we left. They had dirty dishes, food, drinks all over them & our table had salt all over it. We had to clean our table ourselves. We only had one piece of silverware. The waitress was rude & far from professional, the whole damned place was. It took them forever to bring us our drinks & more silverware. The waitress didn't ask me how I wanted my steak, I didn't even realize until it was too late, so it was too done. Then after we ordered our food we ended up getting a different person to waitress us. Our original waitress refused to serve us & gave the table to someone else without us knowing. She could of at least informed us that we will be getting a new waitress. After waiting forever for our food, we finally get it & my grandmother's potato wasn't even done, the waitress spilled a dish of sour cream onto the table almost into my grandpa's lap, he apologized & wiped it up with his hands then wiped it onto his pants Wich was sooo unprofessional & by far unsanitary. then after eating about a quarter of my steak I found a long black hair on my plate. I just gave the whole damned thang back to the waitress & said I didn't even want it. My grandma asked for more salad dressing & never even got it. Before leaving we go to the restroom & there was no soap or paper towels, the bathroom stunk & after hearing us complain another lady in their said her tables food was burnt & they had poor service as well. I'm probably leaving a few things out but this was by far the most unprofessional, unsanitary, slowest, forgetful place I've ever been to. Servers will eat off your plate before it comes out and they prepare food without washing hands. Ive seen meat for a salad hit the floor and brushed off and put on salad to "save time"... Hunter and Orlando divide the" extra cash" they get from trainers tips! I worked here 40 hrs and they wont give me my paycheck. Police say its a civil matter!!!?"
My comment to the person who wrote this. Wow that doesnt make sense actually, wait you worked 40 hours, I dont think you know the ABCD, to be a server either. There is health and safety procedure that everyone has to follow, all cooks wash there hand every hour, all server wash there hand in the timely mannered. 30 seconds each hand with antibacterial soap and antibacterial gel. If you didnt wash your hand, don't blame it on others. "Hunter and Orlando divide there extra cash", you think its easy to handle cash huh, there is camera at denny's, the recording goes to home office, and its recording every hour every minute and every second all the illegal moves you do its getting recorded. hostess/host were fired because they were stealing cash, after they got caught on the camera. You didnt get your paycheck, its not the managers fault totally, its the home office fault too. You are just frustrated because you didn't get your check so don't blame on the food or serves or other stuff. Also when people started working they get 1st paycheck is always late 3 to 4th week in because, you are new employees, It takes time to be in system. But Its kinda funny how you see things differently when the camera is right there and which is recording everything.
