Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Chandler

I cannot even begin to express my anger right now! I pre-ordered an Advanced 2 day cleanse. When I went to pick it up they told me they were all out and could only give me half of my order and that I could get another one in two days... Seriously, I paid for this item and expected it to be there when I came in. The staff was completely unhelpful. After getting very upset and demanding the manager, the girl called WES ( the manager) and they told me that he would personally deliver it to my be 8am on Friday so I started my two day cleanse with hopes that they would do what they said they would! I just called and of course they don't have my second day of cleanse and cant give me a time that I will have it. Wes was completely unprofessional and unwilling to fix this issue. He had the nerve to tell me " he is working right now and cannot stop what he is doing to fix this" he said he would get back to me by the end of the day. At this point I am sitting in limbo with no cleanse and no resolutions! I HAVE never been treated so badly before. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

What can I say? From a consumer perspective, Nekter has really flavorful smoothies and great options to boost health but the prices are a bit high for smoothies and juices that aren't even organic or NON-GMO. From a logical human perspective, Nekter's customer service is not up to par. When ordering, we had a cashier who was a bit disoriented and ignorant in her understanding of Smoothie ingredients and substitutions. For example, I ordered a tropical cooler Smoothie that includes coconut butter and then was informed thy were out. As a consumer I am still paying $8 for a smoothie, so logically I asked to replace the coconut butter with another nut butter and was told they'd have to charge me for it. After much asking of what appeared to be her manager back and forth they finally decided to give it to me instead of the coconut butter. There was also a mix-up with drink sizes and so on but ultimately there needs to be a better handle amongst the employees on the menu, ingredient prices, and...

I come here when I want an açai bowl; have never had their smoothies. Will update when I have tried the smoothies here.

But for now, the açai bowls are delicious. Favorite is the banana 🍌 berry 🫐 🍓 bowl. The other bowls are delicious as well.

⚠️ warning ⚠️ I love nut butters & I love açai bowls. However, I ordered their 'special' PB&J and it was so disgusting. The ingredients were fresh, but for some reason my 👅 tongue HATED the taste of the peanut butter in the bowl; it really ruined the whole thing which was surprising to me because, like I said, I love nut butters and I love ANY and ALL Fruit.

Fortunately I was able to save the bowl by eating all of the peanut butter first; had I mixed the bowl too much to be able to extract the peanut butter, I wouldn't have been able to eat it at all. From now on, I'll still order all of their açai bowls and when it gets hotter I'll try the smoothies, but never again will I get peanut butter in my bowls!
