I took my son for his 17th birthday today. We both love a good steak but have been let down more and more every time we go to all the other steakhouses around. For years now, the quality of the food and the service itself has gone downhill dramatically. I haven't been to Longhorn in over 15 years so I thought we'd give it a try since we were nearby - and I'm glad we did. This was by far the best experience I've had in a restaurant in many, many years. Our server was a jolly old soul who was absolutely perfect in every aspect of his job. The most polite person, extremely helpful, and took care of us as if we were the only ones there. We settled on our choices and waited for our food. We didn't have to wait long, as the chef was on point. Our steaks were piping hot, and cooked to exactly how we asked for them. Other steakhouses you order medium rare and your steak comes out gray and dry. Not here, it was perfect. Not only was it cooked perfectly, but it tasted phenomenal. It didn't stop there. The sides (mac n' cheese, loaded baked potato and broccoli) were all cooked to absolute perfection. We were both so full we couldn't dare try to eat desert afterwards, so we took some strawberry shortcake to go. Arriving at home an hour later, we decided to try that as well. It was incredible! I realize this is a long review, but I haven't stopped thinking about our meal since the moment I took my first bite. I can say from my heart, I have found my new home. I will be choosing LongHorn Steakhouse every time I go out to a restaurant from today on. It really was that great an experience. I wish there were more than 5 stars...

Visited on 3/9/25 around 6 for our anniversary I was not impressed, this was my first and last time at this location, I visit the 75ave location regularly but was staying at a hotel nearby, first thing was seating we were seated in the back next to the kitchen after walking past multiple open tables(strike one) it was a busy night so we waited 20 minutes for water and bread , then we ordered our food , appetizers, about 30 minutes later we got appetizers ( but the people seated after us in those empty tables were already eating entrees) ordered t-bone well done no pink meat after waiting an hour we told the waiter to please make our food to go we had a show to attend at 9pm, he immediately brought the check we paid- then my husbands strawberry salad was brought to the table but not my salad- it another 30 minutes for the to go bag to come- my steak is rare, (strike 2)so I send it back another 30 minutes so by and we are still waiting on the remake my husband stood up and for 10 minutes he waited to be acknowledged then the remake is brought I had to ask for flat ware and napkins and steak sauce manager came to the table apologized and offered a gift card for the inconvenience took my email and we left it was about 9 pm at this point and we had the show to attend. No gift card was received and to make matters worse my steak was still not cooked properly after the remake (strike 3) so basically I spent 3 hours at this location and over 100$ for bread appetizer and a salad - do better longhorn I am not impressed with...

I’ve been to this Longhorn a couple times before and service them was always on point. Yesterday was different story, the service was way off and slow. Everything seemed to take longer than usual, for refills, our order. Twice they brought out food to the wrong tables. When our food finally arrived it was only part of our order, my wife didn’t get her along with ours. The server just placed our food down and didn’t even bring or offer and condiments to go with our food. My kids were waiting for the ketchup and no one came back or even said anything about my wife’s food, how long it til it came out for example. After about 5-8 mins I got up and tried asking for the manager which room some time also. Finally he came out and told him what was the issue and he just seemingly brushed it off like it was not of importance. Just said I’ll check on the order and have them bring ketchup and just cut it short with seemed not right. The server was nice but just lacked the motivation to provide excellent service that we as customers look fitted to as well as the great food. The food was good just the fries was over salted but my wife’s food was on point. Just the lack of service you’d expect or have gotten just didn’t hit right last night which was disappointing and proved to be the 2 stars I give compared to other times where I’d rate a solid 4.5 - 5 stars. Hopefully this was just an off night and they do better as proven in the past next time. It was just disappointing because we were celebrating a special night for my...

I went in on a Friday (12/27, around 4pm) for a Outlaw Ribeye, medium temp only for them to undercook it to where it needed to be sent back twice from first receiving it. It was blue when received and medium rare when received the second time. On it's third arrival, it was easy to tell that they blazed it in high temperature and to hope for the best for the seasoning smelled burnt. The final product was unappealing and would have been disappointing to anyone being served such steak. They were kind enough to compensate the meal. It was the least that they could do when I spent ample time waiting for my main food entrée, only being able to eat the starter salad. Their Strawberry and Pecan salad is always delicious and well worth the upcharge, and I'm not even a big salad eater (hense the two star rating on food). I love Longhorn Steakhouse. I love it so much that it's the only restaurant I dine in. I love its decorum, and the atmosphere is always inviting. I go to the Longhorn Steakhouse located at Alma School when traveling on business. But when this Longhorn Steakhouse location cannot produce a medium temp steak, especially when it's their own signature steak, a negative review is warranted.

Right off the get go the staff was very friendly. My waiter Justin took the time to explain the different cuts and went over the layout of the menu for me and made multiple suggestions to me. Fried pickles were amazing and came out right away. The complimentary bread was so fresh and delicious. The house salad had very fresh vegetables. The 6oz filet with a lobster tail is out of this world. So tender, amazing flavor and presentation. This is probably top 3 steaks I've ever had and I've had some damn good ones. I'm a firm believer in the 2 bite rule. Check on the customer after 2 bites and of course he was there making sure it was great. Justin didn't insult the chef by asking me if I wanted steak sauce. The flavor was out of this world. Spicy, juicy, with a pinch if salt. The loaded baked potato was so moist and loaded with all of the goodies! The GM Kevin Tanner stopped by to make sure I was enjoying myself as well as the food. As I was finishing eating Justin asked if I'd like a refill, he brought me a Togo cup. Just A+ service. Very excited to hear they are opening one up in Las Vegas where I live. Next time in Phoenix I will definitely be back! Goodbye Outback!
