Buyer beware! Stopped at Sam’s Club, was starving and decided to get a sandwich before I go home. I asked for a slim small sandwich to be toasted. They could not do that. I asked for the wheat bread to be toasted on a hot sandwich, they said they could not do that so I said OK give me a regular sandwich. Make it hot. When it was in the oven, I asked for no onions. she seemed very rude that I was requesting anything. They did not ask me what I wanted on my sandwich so I said please give me extra mayo , and another rude response from the manager saying that they already put mail on it before they put it in the oven, which was very weird. He did tell me they can give me a couple packets to add myself. The whole thing was bizarre. It was like they were so inconvenience serving me. They had so many rules that I’ve never heard of. I would never go back to this place again ever.! I ended up with a regular sandwich that I did not want to be that big cost me almost $15. I ended up throwing half of it away and being just annoyed that I could not get a sandwich happily from a sandwich place by the way they don’t even ask you what to put on it and there’s a sign clearly saying these are the freebies that comes with the sandwich Horrible experience I would never ever step Foot in this place again ! The picture includes my sandwich in the garbage because it was way too big. And the two little packets of mayo they generously gave to me after the fact, cause it was too inconvenient for them to add more mayo! I will take this review down if they learned their lesson to treat their customers with kindness if they’re gonna spend money...

I keep waiting, nothing in the online order pickup table (which by the way says "Order online. No line. No wait. (No, seriously)"). No one even came to me to ask if I needed anything. Then the line begins to build again rapidly so I decided to ask about my order. Cashier tells me I was supposed to "check in" if I didn't see my order on the pickup counter. The lady making the sandwiches [very rudely] says that they just got my order so I had to wait to have it done. Finally, I get my order and they didn't even give me the cup for the drink. By the time I got out it was more than 20 minutes. It used to be lot cheaper (almost half the price) and so freaky fast that you would get your order before even paying for it. Twice I picked up the same customers order, different days that wanted unsweetened ice tea. Each time I went they never said a word to me about it. I just noticed a blue sugar drink so I asked. They rudely said we're out. I said could you let me know so that I can ask the customer what substitute they would like, and today they did the same thing. Both rude, both had blue/Pink highlights in their hair, very rude, no comprehension of what customer service means. Rolled their eyes at me, whispering to eat other and laughing.
