So just want to state I left this review immediately after it happened chipotle responded and had me send this review to there customer service and they deleted my review so I am back with a lower stared review since they for some reason deleted it.
I came in for the first time in about 6 months, immediately said I'll have 2 Barbacoa burritos he started and asked again for the meat and toppings so l stated white rice,beans,and barbacoa then he proceeded to put 1/2scoop of a meat I asked for more since he hadn't put a full scoop then I told him for the rice and beans and Barbacoa on the other. I went in to put the cheese and sauces on the first one while he was doing the second burrito then I went to pay while the second one was getting finished I saw the total was $50 and I was confused but I understood I got chips and guacamole and maybe they were stingy and over charged me for that "extra" scoop But well they actually put smoked brisket into both of my burritos... I am stunned though it was fine to eat it was a very different taste an $2 more than the meat I get that is already one of the more expensive meats they offer. I just am in aw of the fact I swore I told him 5-10 time that the first and second had Barbacoa and the best part is they charged me for a second scoop aswell on the other burrito even though that one had not a lot of meat. I am definitely going to stick with Cava I called and the manager stated I could have a full refund for my inconvenience. So I am very grateful and I hope they have better employees who learn the correct meats and not try to over charge a young woman who won't say something when the totals a little higher than it should be. So when I went back in, it was the same two men that checked me out and I had to explain to them what happened and I guess the woman who I called didn't write my name down like she said she would and they were all very confused because she told no one that she was giving me a refund I spoke to one manager he got confused and gave me a refund for one side of Brisket when I didn't want brisket in the first place and either of my burritos. Then, when I asked to speak to his general manager, she came out and she was sweet, but she asked if I had my burritos still mind you it has been around two hours. I threw them away. I do not have them. Why would I have my burrito still after I called and you told me you would give me a full refund for my order or comp My full next order It is very unprofessional and highly unorganized and it makes me shake that I had to go through all back and fourth and walk out check my receipt to see how much he refunded me like he didn't say anything to me about how much I was getting refunded and then was shocked when I walked back up and asked for his general manager of that even though I already called to clarify the situation and to get my refund or the burritos remade or something because I just spent $50when my total should've been around $35.Lastly when the general manager was giving me my final refund She stated to me that oh well next time just try to make sure you tell them to put the right meat in So I stated to her that no you obviously are still confused because you're I told your employees over 10 times to put Barbacoa in both my burritos and they still charged me and put brisket in my burritos even though brisket never came out...

I tried to share my (similar) experience with a lengthy write up, but when I finished, instead of the review sending, my phone must have glitched because everything just disappeared and I don't have the energy to rewrite my whole horrible experience. So just read what everyone else has been saying: portion sizes are ridiculous (not even half a regular size... More like 1/3), staff is snarky & argumentive and stand around talking and laughing behind the line instead of cleaning or putting forth a professional or helpful customer service appearance, dining room was dirty, bathrooms were dirty and out of soap, the silverware/napkin/soda area was dirty and out of products, even the patio garbage around it (and the day I was there it was 110 degrees out, so of course no one was on the patio, so the garbage had been out there for who knows how long). I was the only customer in there for a good portion of the time I was there. At most, they had 2 extra tables occupied (at times) while I was there. So it isn't like they were busy doing anything else to attend to the state of the place. But my biggest complaint, by leaps and bounds, is the ridiculous portions sizes (of everything) and the rude and snarky behavior of at least one of their staff. This is my second bad experience at this location. I waited 5 or 6 months to try it again, hoping time would fix things. Time has only exacerbated all the issues at this location. Read moreI started using Chipotle for catering and on pace to spend $2,000+ a year. My experience at this location tonight at 8pm is the end of me giving any catering business to chipotle. First off, the rewards system sucks when going to utilize. Over 9,000 points and you’re telling me I can’t use a drink and entree coupon together. It gets better, I selected a quesadilla entree as a reward before getting to the order taker, ask for a chicken quesadilla. Yeah, sorry sir that can only be ordered online and picked up, we can’t take and make it at the store…… huh, say what?!?. Attempts to try and sell me on two kids quesadillas.. no thanks. How about Chips and queso (since I already clicked the reward), “ohh yeah we don’t have any more chips (it’s 8pm), I know it looks like we have some in the glass but those are saved for take out orders.” Um, say what?? Not sure if it’s Chipotle or this location but they seem to appreciate their online business more than in-person.
Eventually, I’ll take two chicken hard shell tacos then. Proceeds to make them with one having very little chicken but then drowns both in sour cream. Eventually I left with a burrito/ one entree reward used and went to a different restaurant to get the rest of our families food.
Just found out, the burrito entrees meat was luke warm at best and tough, as if it wasn’t...
