My friend and I came here today for the first time for lunch. It was quite confusing at first, there is no menu posted other than the sandwiches. There are hot and cold dishes you can take up to the counter, but no descriptions in English. We ended up getting the lemongrass chili tofu and asked the lady at the counter for a noodle dish with spring rolls and pork belly to share. Unlike other reviewers, we didn't think it was overly expensive. First the tofu, they make it in house and it's amazing! Best tofu by far that I've ever tasted, and you get a ton! The noodle dish came out without any spring rolls, but we let it slide because it was so delicious. Fresh and light but with rich bites of pork belly and a tangy sauce on the side. The owners kept coming by to ask if we liked everything, and before we left they brought us a loaf of freshly baked bread for free! We'll definitely be back again. I just wish they had a proper menu to look at with descriptions in English, I feel like we missed out on a lot of options due to the...
Read moreSome days are a hit and miss. I like to come and try something new each visit instead of getting my usuals at other Vietnamese restaurants. I feel like the prices seem to change based on who’s there at the register but yes , I agree with a lot of people in their reviews that this place is pretty pricey. At one point I was extremely thirsty and didn’t want to pay for their soft drinks at the refrigerator section so I chose their teas at the front register and was told it was $6.45. Thankfully it wasn’t that bad tasting but I will admit that I’ve spent cheaper at boba shops. One plus side that I really appreciate is that I let my son let get all of his energy out at the booths; sometimes he throws a fit. The music is so loud and the ladies at the front don’t seem to care of him crying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on kid friendliness😂
However, to conclude this, I had their banh Mis and I prefer theirs over Mekong! They give you...
Read moreWe had a corporate event to celebrate the Lunar New Year a couple of weeks ago inside the restaurant. Thao, the owner, was so accommodating and so sweet! She took my phone calls, addressed my concerns about reservations and seating, and ensured the catering order went smoothly. For about 20-25 people, we were able to sit together, the food was brought out in a timely manner, and everyone really enjoyed how great the food was! We were fans of the freshly made spring rolls and they even gave us their home made fried chili tofu on the house! The sandwiches were fresh, the sweet tofu pudding was a hit, and the servings were so large! Our group had plenty of left overs to take back home. I really enjoyed setting this up, and if we had to do another catering event again, this restaurant is...
