Finally, there is new owners since late October 2013. The foods are the same great taste, and the customer services is great again. The owner are two sisters, who are really friendly and can sometimes sit down and chat for a long time when they are not busy. The best time to come is about 1:30pm before 4:30pm. It's one of the places that Chinese students hang out at.

I specifically like their Fish filet and Chicken filet dishes, which is really traditional Taiwanese flavor. I am not so much about their Boba tea, which is too sweet for me.
